We want to preface this by saying that the intent of this review is to provide honest feedback for future couples who may be enticed by the beauty of the wedding venues with which Cloth & Flame is contracted. Our wedding day itself was absolutely amazing, and we would not trade those moments for the world. The months leading up to it, however, were both frustrating and unnecessarily stressful as a result of working with this company.

Our experience working with Cloth & Flame was, in a nutshell, a total nightmare. Prompt communication between us and them essentially ceased to exist after we signed the contract for our wedding venue and paid the initial deposit. They took weeks to respond to any of our emails, or they would simply ignore them altogether. The few emails we did receive from them were often times addressed to the names of other couples they were working with. We felt as though we were just another number on their list rather than valued clients spending tens of thousands of dollars for our special day. We brought these concerns to their attention on multiple occasions, but to no avail. They’ve clearly demonstrated that their business model begins and ends with the marketing of beautiful and unique wedding venues; customer service and client relations are simply of no interest to them. Until Cloth & Flame is willing to acknowledge and address these inherent issues, we would advise you to spend your money elsewhere. However, based on our experience and similar reviews on other platforms, company reform at any point in the near future seems incredibly unlikely.

We love the desert and outdoors, and as I was searching for a venue nothing really resonated with me until I found Cloth and Flame. Selecting this venue will mean some extra headaches with planning (finding rentals and guest shuttles) as it is literally a patch of desert, but it is also definitely worth it. After attending several of their community dinners, we knew we wanted to have a Cloth & Flame wedding. Initially, communication was severely lacking and we were concerned as to how everything was going to come together. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. Kayla, Lexi, and Brittney executed the wedding of our dreams. The food was delicious, the wait staff was kind and attentive, the custom tablescape was beautiful, and the venue was breathtaking.

After reading the amazing reviews and seeing Cloth & Flame pop up on so many of my social media platforms, I was stoked to attend their Sedona event! The view was amazing, the live music, top notch but disappointingly, the food, which was $175 per person not including alcohol was meh!—mediocre. I understand that the experience is what you are paying for but food is a big part of that experience.

It's such a fantastic way to show off Arizona in the best way possible- enjoying the outdoors in a environmentally responsible way. The food has always been incredible as well.

One of the absolute best companies with the way that they're able to take the wild nature and make it into this modern Chic design. Food and beverage program are always top notch and the decor elevates the wild nature that you're placed in. The team is greatest executing whatever it is you need whether it's a private or corporate dinner event. The public events are a great way to see what the possibilities are. Recommended them for creating your dreams!
