Location is not great. Games are okay, small table games section. Lots of slot machines. A great new york style deli with the best reuben sandwich in swfl.
They could add more table games and loose some of the slots.
I won money on this visit.
Roulette seemed to be fairly ran. Staff was friendly. Drink lady's were nice and friendly.
Cash out people were also very nice and accommodating.
I had a good morning, early afternoon, visit.

We had a good stay here. The rooms are nice, the hotel smelled a little like the carpets were just cleaned and needed to be aired out. I was displeased since I reserved a King Size bed and had to get Queens instead. The staff was accomodating for a late checkout and they left us alone. The hotel was quiet and we won a few dollars at the casino.

I recently stayed at Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee, and it was a great experience overall.

Pros:

✔️ Friendly Staff – From check-in to casino attendants, the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Rooms were clean, service was great, and if you like the middle of nowhere, the location is perfect. The casino has a nice floorplan with plenty of non smoking area. The food is middling at best but makes up for it in quantity.

Casino is very organized and clean.
My host Jennifer Chow, is always going the extra mile to accommodate my ADA needs and entertainment requests.I try to visit casino every other month and stay 3 nights. Live closer to Hard Rock Tampa, but willing to drive the 3.5 hrs to Immokalee due to my host.
Rooms are 5 star. Food is good and plenty of it.

Some days when I don’t have my card, his card is always in my car, so I use his play card, and everything is recorded in these casinos, so I’m sure they can look on the cameras and look in the past and pull this up Everything I’m saying is 100% true and I love going to the casino to gamble, even though I used to lose all of my money!
I am a local. I come to the casino twice a week. In the past, I have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars. The pit boss people and most of the dealers know me by name. Even though I would lose all of my money, I still loved to go to the casino, always hoping for one big hit like everyone else, so finally, on three-card poker, I hit a straight flush. I never would’ve thought the casino would rip me off as much money that I’ve lost there. They stopped the casino shut the casino down said they had to review the tape. It took about 30 minutes and then they came back and said I did not have my money in the right place. anyone who plays ultimate poker or three card poker the dealer will make sure the money is where you want it before he deals the cards that’s the final thing he does.
insteadof giving me my winnings, which was probably about $20,000. They told me I didn’t have my money in the right spot when I had been there all night and had lost thousands and had been making the same bet over and over. I asked them to let me see the
Tape because I know I was placing the same bit over and over because I felt lucky tonight(Like I always do) this is the shadiest thing I’ve ever experienced and I never would have thought that they would do this to me sure it’s been years ago but it’s still on my mind. It was around 2017 and yes I had my players card. It was 2017 or 2016. I’m not sure anymore, but what I am sure of is that they ripped me totally off I could’ve cried so I want to say to you if you’re at this casino be careful because they are very shady. could give them zero stars I would have because they don’t even deserve one for the way they treated me as a customer who comes in there and lost thousands on thousands of dollars daily and weekly. It’s totally unfair and my heart was broken and it stopped me from going there. I don’t think I went there ever since that happened. I go to the dog track. I have since tried to call and ask them to make things right?because they know they were wrong but they put me on hold and just let me sit on hold till I give up and hang up the phone again. I say this casino is very shady!!!

I saw Willie Nelson and Randall King here at the outdoor concert venue. I loved the venue. No handicap parking though! Seats are tiny and close together.
Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I would love to come back. My late husband and I enjoyed every visit to the casino. My mother lived in Naples so we didn't stay at the hotel but it must be lovely. We had been coming to the casino prior also to the opening of the hotel and even before that when the slot machines were video games. Long time ago. I'd love to visit again!
