It was my first time visiting this doctor’s office and I give it a 100. I absolutely recommend it for your OBGYN CARE and If you have any issues with Fibroids!!! Their office is super clean and the staff is very knowledgeable,professional and courteous! Dr. Natalie Harris was my provider and I have to say I haven’t meet a care provider like her in a long time, she was not only knowledgeable, professional but her patient care is a 100. She is so sweet, I absolutely loved her!

As a first time patient, I had an excellent experience at the Forest Hills location. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. The whole office was clean and everyone who came into the patient room had incredible bedside manners- their smiles, warm tone, and relaxed and knowledgeable approach were all appreciated. Celina, who helped me schedule the appointment was so helpful and she made me feel comfortable on the phone. She also took the time to say hello and walk me through next steps after the initial visit. Sydney, the RN who worked with me, shared the information I need to proceed and she was very thorough in explaining next steps. Julie, the staff who did my ultrasound was gentle and friendly and she was explaining each part of the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Viva Eve!

I want to start by saying how beautiful and very clean this office is! I had an appointment today with Dr. Thornton, and I was impressed by his professionalism and support during the visit. He was attentive and helpful throughout my entire visit, and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I genuinely felt so comfortable around him. Joana was also amazing - she created a calm atmosphere for me and helped make this visit very pleasant! The front desk team was also very welcoming and kind. I loved the energy in this office! I’m so grateful I found this OBGYN - Thank you to the whole team for making this otherwise extremely distressing visit quite pleasant!

The staff was friendly, polite from the moment you enter the door until your appointment is done they cater all your needs and make you feel so comfortable being there. I really appreciate their help. I told my friend about my experience and now she wants to go. Being a woman is difficult but they’re here to help you and guide you for your well being I never take it seriously before but now I do.

This is the third time I am visiting and I have not had the most pleasant experience. It’s either one thing or the other. One of the things they need to work on is time management. While I understand that appointments could be prolonged due to a number of reasons, I feel like the scheduling should take into account of that when assigning appointments for patients. I am either in the waiting area for 20 minutes or more or in the room. There is also a lack of organisation and communication between the providers and people at the front desk. The provider could mention something in the room and it could possibly not be relayed to the front desk which causes further confusion and uncertainty. Honestly I have not had the best experience in my last visits but hope to have a better one if I return.
