I just walked several blocks to get some allergy medicine and arrived at 11AM to find a locked door and a woman helping a customer inside. After waiting 5 minutes at the locked, I knocked and the pharmacist came over to the door and asked through the glass what I needed. I said allergy medicine and she said “I’m closed.” Hours clearly posted on the door that they were open. A person was inside being helped. And I was sent away with no explanation. Insane way to run a business. Especially a business that people depend on for medical help.

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I came all the way here at 9 am as it was stated that that was the opening hours and found it half-closed.
I asked the pharmacy person that was just there and that came at the door to let me in as I had a friend with a large wound on his head to medicate but she said “today I open at 9:30 instead”. This pharmacy is not professional and they should close. Horrible disservice. Horrible person.
Also very bad karma for her.

Always closed. They don’t follow the hours they post. Went to get an at home Covid test on a Wednesday at 11am, they were supposed to open at 10am. Rang the doorbell and the employee working just put up one finger to indicate they’ll be opening either in an hour or at one. Terrible service.

Had a prescription filled there. Called me one day to let me know it was ready. Went in next day and they were closed for the next four days yet didn’t think to inform me that when they let me know it was ready for pickup. Pretty frustrating

It has a good selection of medicine and vitamins. It’s well located in Franklin avenue too. The customer service could improve but my specific experience was good. The lady was very humble and friendly with everyone. That could create some problems if you are in a rush cause she is taking her time with other customers too. But my experience after all was good. Support local business.

I’m not sure why the negative reviews are all about attitude. Who cares if they smile? Ask the question, get the answer and move on. In my experience here their answers were firm and to the point. I received help quick enough. Price is fine and it’s a block from home. Win win. Stop crying over them not bending to your idea of what customer service is.

I have gone to this pharmacy very faithfully because it is in my neighborhood and I value community. However, my experience trying to get contraception here was violating, and unhelpful to the degree that I had to use another pharmacy for emergency needs. Women identifying people I advise caution.
