Regardless of the balconies and the pool being closed this was an amazing stay! My husband and I were getting away for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel staff is amazing. Thank you Chad, Ben and Jeremiah for coordinating the rescue of a baby pigeon from our balcony and helping get him safely to Florida Wildlife Rescue. The room was great and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed. I should have read the reviews but Radisson's are usually nice. This place was severely damaged by the hurricanes and there is no back deck access at all. No pool. No balconies and no direct beach access. They do have a public beach access right next door so at least we could get to the beach. I booked on the Choice website and the disclosure was all the way at the bottom of the page and I did not see it. Once all the renovations are done it will be amazing but they are charging high dollar for just a room right now. The rooms themselves are nice providing you are not getting a room that has a boarded up window. Ours had wonderful wall to wall view but signs on the window informing you the balconies are condemned. If you are ok with that and they give a great rate might be ok but otherwise you can do much better. Wait until the renovations are done.

Came for the balcony and the jacuzzi tub. Balconies are still under construction after a year. We make our reservations online, so we didn't see the small print that balconies were closed. For our incontinence, taxes were taken off. Tubs are all gone, shower hot/cold knobs backwards, shower door location oddly placed. Bar staff great, room delivery of extra pillows great. New furniture in room much better, in room coffee no good, beds are very firm! Pillows are soft, swivel tv great. We probably won't come back...even though we have loved coming for the past 15 years. 🙁 The room service attendant "Mercedes" was kind.

I ended up cancelling my reservation as I found out that the pool is closed and the rooms with balconies have the balconies shut down for refurbishing. The price was not much cheaper as other hotels with full amenities. I was told by Chad who answered my call that all cancellations will not have penalties so fingers crossed 🤞

I chose a beachfront room with a balcony to have access to the beach and enjoy access to balcony , but unfortunately, I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that the building was undergoing major renovations. The whole building literally looks like it’s falling apart, and I couldn’t enjoy the beach access as expected nor the balcony or pool. You can’t go to the beach directly from the hotel, you have to go around the block to get there. This is horrific. They should honestly close the hotel and only reopen it once it’s ready.

Additionally, the AC unit does not work properly, and it was warm throughout the night. While the rooms are spacious, there’s no microwave, which felt really awkward and inconvenient.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all unless after they finish the whole renovation of the resort because it’s not worth the money paying over $200 for not having access to any of the best features that you want it’s not worth a penny I literally feel that I got scammed. Also, you don’t have any access to resort dining at all.

Positive: The rooms were clean. Negative: The balconies and pool were closed and there was construction. This should have been made very clear before booking as the only reason we booked a hotel on the ocean was to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean.

This review is targeted at Choice Hotel management. There are lots of disappointed reviewers who mention the construction. We all understand the need to renovate. But Choice Hotels/Radisson should make it very clear during the booking process that the hotel pool is closed, the construction noise is relentless and you can't even access the beach because the construction company put a fence between the hotel and the beach. Instead, you go through the entire booking process without knowing any of that, which tells me they are looking for suckers. And I was one of them. The slightly lower price compared to the Hilton and Crowne Plaza was not worth the stay.

We stayed here for the balcony and oceanfront location. What a mistake!! WE have stayed here several times before. All the balconies are condemned and screwed shut. Could this be a fire hazard?
Ongoing construction with drills and saws loudly ongoing from 8am to 5pm. NO POOL, It is closed.
No food service or breakfast service.
I was so disappointed. talked to front desk staff and they were not able to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable or at least reduce daily rate. they did waive the $16 resort fee since we could not use the pool.
Also the beach is a block walk away, no access thru hotel. you have to walk thru parking lot to beach walkway, no beach showers to rinse off sand.
So very disappointed, we left early!!!
