Let me start by saying that the value, location, condo size, and views are a 5/5 stars. This Resort has so much potential. With a few modifications and some necessary capital improvements - this place could sparkle! I do not think this location is safe for pregnant women or those with health conditions. There was a intense damp/mildew smell upon our arrival. There was a dehumidifier inside but it was full and not running when we arrived. There was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub in the main bedroom more than two inches. When we went to turn off the bathtub, the water would not turn off initially and was stuck for a long time before we could turn it off. The toe-kick under the main bathroom sink cabinet is kicked in at the end, could allow water intrusion. There was black mold spots on the main bathroom shower curtain. Cabinet faces and doors have sticky hand and finger prints. There was only one large knife in the kitchen and it was incredibly dull. There was popcorn ceiling throughout the entire place that did not appear to be in good condition, making them unsafe. The elevator was out of service from the time we arrived to the day we checked out. Maintenance started working early Saturday morning, hammering and making excessive noise. They also painted all around the staircase we used to go to our room the day before that. On Saturday, the front desk called us and made comments asking if we were in our room and that they had overwritten our room key and needed to give us a new one. It seemed like someone had been in our room while we were gone. On Saturday night, the sprinklers started and ran for a long time, spraying our rental car and all the other cars in the parking area. Watering this time of year may kill the grass but also they should not be spraying cars. The maintenance man was lingering around the parking area throughout our stay periodically and made us incredibly uncomfortable. As many of the reviews online stated, the furniture is old and worn and needs replaced. Curtains, blinds, and carpets also need a deep clean on the regular.

Two buildings with nice size 2 bedroom condos that all face the beach. The first floor is parking so units start on the second floor with a decent view. Also a nice little pool area with grill and boardwalk to the beach. While we were there, we noticed that the other tower elevator was not working. The furniture in our room was a bit worn and the master bath had some minor water damage that could use some love. But altogether, it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

My family of 6 stayed for a week around New Years and had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The rooms were well-appointed with many recent updates. There was plenty of space for us. We cooked most nights and didn’t have a problem at all making ourselves at home. The balcony and view were a definite bright spot, and we spent a lot of time visiting outside or just sitting. |The grounds also didn’t disappoint. We went from the pool to the hottub to the beach to the clubhouse to the shuffleboard court. Everything was well maintained. The kids played ping pong and we took some games up to the room for evening fun. The website indicates that in mid-January 2025 they are renovating the pool area. We were fortunate enough for it not to affect our trip. |The staff were also extremely attentive. I called to indicate that we’d need a late check-in, and the woman who I spoke with could not have been more pleasant. Throughout our stay, the staff would greet my family and I. They went out of their way to ask if we needed anything and how our stay was going. |We also caught a couple of satellite launches. The view from the beach in front of the condo was much better than the one from Titusville. |Overall, our week was the most relaxing vacation that we have been on because we are usually on the go. It was exactly what we were looking for and will definitely come back if we get lucky enough to trade our timeshare for this hidden gem.

Oceanique is a resort on the smaller side; however, most units have a view of the ocean and all have two bedrooms. There is a large game room, with a nice little library and a ping pong table. The unit was well stocked and clean. The guest bathroom, kitchen and living room had been refurbished. Not sure why they didn't do the master bath, but it was still fine. The staff is exceptional, especially Ryan. For the first two days of our stay, the elevator did not work, and he carried up our bags. The dishwasher didn't work and he immediately replaced it. I tripped on the stairs, injuring my arm and he, along with a nice young woman at the desk, treated it. The resort does not have a fitness center, but there's a gym a short walk up A1A.|The main drawback to Oceanique is that the beach is deteriorating and a long line of sand delivery trucks traverse the beach on a daily basis. This isn't the resort's fault, but for all practical purposes, the beach is not one where you can sit and relax.

If you need a place for your little ones, this is it. My little ones wanted to see the beach. The accommodations at this location is everything you can ask for. Rooms are nice and big. The kitchen was well equipped. The property provided beach and pool equipment. No issues with parking. The office is very responsive and very welcoming. They can provide you much detail about the area The resort is only an hour drive from the Orlando airport but an easy ride.

Due to the nasty responses by this company I will keep this short. The maintenance crew could be the best in the world but the budget is in the gutter and the snarky replies to reviews is an indicator of their attitude towards customers.

We had excellent view from 2nd floor rooms 423 and 424, but it stops there. Mildew in all showers. Elevator broke down with us stuck in for 15 mins. Never worked properly the entire week we were there. Main front desk lady and maintenance man rude and disrespectful. Horrible professionalism and attitude. My husband and I have never been so disrespected by a resort. They were painting walkway outside our rooms and we were told we had to either stay in our rooms for Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm or stay out of our rooms. Cockroach in the stair way and rats on premises, but they had rats traps on the premises so this might be par for core for this area. Very disappointing!! Worse time share that I have stayed at in the last 20 years. Will never go there again.

Great location. Pretty pool. Outdoor activities for family. Units large and roomy. Furniture dated and very worn. Mold / mildew in shower. Location on beach was biggest plus. Had smoker in unit below us for full stay. Could not use patio in afternoon/evening. Asked them if the could go site at picnic table, was politely told No its a free world. As they have ash tray on patio folks think they have all the rights in the world. If you stay you want a third floor room, closest to the beach, else you might get good view of office / reception building dirty roof.
