I love everything about this place. The pool is always clean and well maintained. The access to the beach is just a few steps from the pool. You can walk on the beach and watch the many 🏄‍♀️ surfers. I was there in early Sept, and the ocean water was so warm. The surf was strong, and we had a ball playing in the waves.

I was impressed by how they maintained the grounds, pool, and building. If you like to surf, RCs is adjacent to the complex. Very nice living space with views of the ocean from every unit. Management was quick to address the minor issues we had when we first arrived. We stayed for 2 weeks and was able to see 5 space launches. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Publix and Dunkin are right across the street. Be sure to go to Poke Fin in the same shopping center for great healthy and tasty Poke! The pool is heated and there is quick access to the beach.
All in all, a great experience for someone who enjoys the beach.

We have stayed at Paradise Beach Club 2 years now and will continue to stay there every time we come to Florida. The rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you would need in a condo. The staff is quick to respond to any inquires you might have. The pool is clean, and the view is amazing!
One of the things we enjoy the most is how quiet this resort is. We can wake up each morning and drink our coffee on our balcony and, other than the waves, it's pretty quiet. Highly recommend this resort to everyone we meet!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving week in unit 103. Dealt with Taylor in booking the unit. Contacted her on the weekend about a minor maintenance issue and told her she could wait until Monday to discuss. She got right back to me and had a worker lined up to take care of the issue first thing Monday morning. Excellent customer service!!! The complex is well maintained and the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. You're in easy walking distance (across the street) from supermarket, smoothies, fast food, and a nice planet fitness gym. A little further walk is a tasty sushi/Thai food restaurant. To the left of the complex is a nice sand area that doesn't get washed out at high tide. There is a surf break 100 yards to the right and another break about a 10 minute walk to the left. We caught some decent waves right in front as well. Would recommend heading north to cocoa beach and trying a lobster roll and poutine at Jazzys Mainly Lobster. Ron Jon has a small Florida surf museum that is worth checking out as well. There is good surf casting right out front and also in the Indian River. My son caught a blue 🦀. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for accommodations and Taylor is fantastic at taking care of everything!!! Brian

We had a nice unit in the north leg of the W. Dog friendly place with two dog parks. Too cold for the pool, but we had great beach walks most every day. Repairs to the seawall look great, especially after the recent hurricanes. Nice, convenient, low key resort.

Oceanfront clean You can sit on the couch in the air conditioning and we'll look out the patio windows at the ocean. Too nice dog parks one for big dogs one for little dogs and the little dogs can't get out they can be off leash on the artificial turf. The only downside there's no washer and dryer and our unit and I had to go upstairs a floor and paid $2 a load to wash and $2 a load to dry.
You can also see rockets that are launched from NASA and SpaceX from the balcony

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The unit was beautiful, clean, and had a full size kitchen with all the cookware you need. The premises is kept immaculate and the location can not be beat. Our corner unit had the most amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the pool and beach. You can hear the ocean while you sleep, I loved that. Guest Services offers exceptional service. If you have any questions at all, they reply promptly. We are already planning to return next year. 5 Stars!
