This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. My daughters and I went to visit family that live not too far from this hotel. We brought the family dogs and needed a place that was pet friendly. This hotel was and the price was right. Also it was a direct ride from our relative’s house. Well it was a bit of a frightening experience. Lots of people were hanging out outside smoking. The room had a heavy smoke smell even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room was very cold looking and not appealing at all. It also did not look like the pictures on the website. Save your money and go somewhere better. On the brighter side, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The only positive.

My recent stay at America's Best Value Inn in Satellite Beach, Florida, was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. *HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT STAY HERE*

I was driving through the area and I decided to stay here because I was very tired.

- The room was extremely filthy, to the point that it felt and smelled like I had just walked into an abandon building in the middle of the Apocalypse.

- While I was walking to my room I saw a few people doing drugs, which is not at all the highlight of my stay.

- Right outside my door there were two guys fixing an engine (drinking alcohol) and making a LOT of noise, they didn’t stop until almost 3 am, which is when I finally was able to fall to sleep.. only to wake up at 7:39 am to the sounds of a heavy domestic dispute next door, a woman screaming out of her lungs to another person, who appeared to be a very scared man asking her for forgiveness.

-I called the front desk to report both incidents. First time no answer after several tries, on the second one they did answer (first try) and told me they will send someone to check.

- I asked for a refund but the woman said No Refunds, the manager will be back next month if you want to talk to him.

- They clearly know that this place is full of people who behave this way because they allowed them to live there to begin with. Also I believe that they do not care about new customers who just want to get a good night sleep. The price of $70 dollars is very high to have an experience like this and barely get any sleep.

- I do not understand how they still have a license to run a hotel out of this dump, and also how is this still legal in the United States when it clearly seems to be fraud.

* The conclusion*

You are better off sleeping in your car or even a tent in a campground vs staying in this place. This is America’s Worst Value and not the other way around.

Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I were between homes and didn’t want to rush into the first available vacancy. We decided to take our time and get what we really wanted. In the meantime, we still needed a place to stay that was within our budget. allowed for us to take the time to find our next dream home. America’s best value Inn in Satellite Beach made that happen. With prices that fit our budget , A great location, free breakfast, and spacious clean rooms, we were very comfortable while looking. The friendly staff, especially the owner, made sure we were comfortable and was more than willing to answer questions about the surrounding area.

I would NOT wish this hotel on my worst enemy. I travel with a 10mm and a 12 ga. I carried both with me every time I left the room to get into my car and every time from the car to the room. Partially from theft prevention and partially from personal protection. Splurge for the extra 15% and stay in Cocoa Beach or Melbourne and save yourself the headache (and personal safety!) I am trained in self-preservation and tactics, and this place concerned me.

Lady during the night shift is extremely friendly, and by far the ONLY positive experience from the front office of this place.

- The owner is extremely rude and has a know-it-all attitude
- The room's floor felt like it hasn't been swept or mopped for MONTHS
- Curtians have seen better days
- Fridge barely runs cold enough for anything
- Door broke after going in and out of the room a couple of times to the point where it wouldn't close at all (it was fixed, but it's still the concept)
- Roaches in the room

Booked through Priceline, and the pictures they sent to Priceline are a complete LIE. This place seriously needs to be inspected for fraud.

If you're going to stay here, DON'T. The price for even 1 night isn't worth it for this dump. And if the owner claims that I didn't stay for the weekend I listed above, then they don't know that some people like to be anonymous online and just want to dispute bad reviews.

When checking out, we attempted to inform the owner of everything, but he cursed at us and told us to never come back. As a homeless person, I never am.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would! It has no beach access, it's miles to a beach access point. The rooms are run down, dirty, and smells. If you are looking for a nice getaway, don't go here. It was a very depressing vibe. I paid for a room, but didn't even stay the night, it was so depressing. Waste of money.

If you’re not used to this kind of place, it can feel like you’ve wandered into the set of a low-budget horror film. The guests had a certain... permanence about them, like they’d been haunting these rooms longer than any ghost ever could. My room featured a rug with dark stains—let’s call them "mysteries"—that could’ve passed as dried blood. Naturally, this set the stage for a night of sleep paralysis and vivid nightmares.

I’m not one for believing in ghosts, but if there’s ever a “Haunted Hotels” series in the works, this spot would make the cut. That said, let’s be fair: the location is solid—right across from the beach. They even put together some kind of continental breakfast for the brave souls venturing out in the morning. The staff? Welcoming and resourceful, working with what they’ve got. All in all, this place is a no-frills, budget-friendly crash pad, perfect for those who can handle a little grit with their ocean view.
