Ok place for vacation, not so OK for business.
The good: Great location right on the beach. Clean and decently maintained. Definitely showing its age, but who isn’t these days. Staff was courteous and responsive. The gym is decently kitted out and clean. The room was decently sized but the lack of accessible outlets by the desk was frustrating. The views from our room in the north tower were fantastic.
The not so good: at $22.00 per person, the breakfast was overpriced for what it was - which was definitely nothing special - skip it altogether. The construction on the deck by the pool made it unusable while we were here.

To be fair, the hotel appears to be set up for the vacationer and not the business traveler.
So if you are looking for a good place to take a short beach vacation, this might work. If you are looking to stay here for work - you will find a better fit elsewhere.

Great location, comfy beds and nice beach. We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff were great. We asked for a room change and were accommodated without issue. ||This hotel is easy access to lots of restaurants…some walking and some driving.||We love the beds at Hilton hotels and this one didn’t disappoint. The walk in shower was a delight. The room was large and comfortable. ||Food was good and very service. We would visit again.

I stayed here during a work trip and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, renovated, and very clean. Beautiful ocean view. Service was great—Darrel at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming! The food was also great, highly recommend fish tacos. Would look forward to staying here again!

Overall I have mixed feelings about our stay here and ultimately we won't be back. The staff was super friendly and polite everywhere in the hotel, front desk and at the bars/lounge. My complaints are with the rooms, beach, and breakfast. We had a king suite room with a sitting balcony and the view was very good however the shower was practically useless. There is no shower door and the water pressure is basically nothing so good luck washing your hair and don't think about shaving your legs as there is no where to do that. We had dinner at the inside lounge and the pizza came out with practically a whole bag of cheese on a 4 slice pizza it was also undercooked so you really couldn't pick it up. They also charge $1 for a side of ranch which wasn't told to us or mentioned anywhere on the menu. My boyfriend had a burger and for the price it was a very small portion. We went down the next morning for breakfast and the prices are insane so we did the buffet for the best deal. However the food was either cold, under or over cooked, soggy or just plain gross. We ended up spending $22 per person to eat a bagel and a small box of cereal. Very disappointed. The beach is hard to walk as it is covered in off leash dogs. Truly just not a fun stay. They do have a nice pool area but with a beach that is covered in rocks and coral reef everyone is in the hotel pool so it's to crowded.

I am in love with this hotel and don’t understand how you can give it less than 5 stars.
The woman at front desk was super sweet and really accommodating. The pool and beach was amazing. Staff at the bar were excellent. Room was clean and super confortable, plus we had this amazing ocean view and great balcony.

Beautiful location and a very kind front desk person, one of the best check-in experiences we’ve ever had on vacation. The room had a great view with a Juliet balcony. We had dinner in the bar area, the waitress was knowledgeable and kind. The food and drinks were good. We really enjoyed our stay and happy we chose this property.

Great spot for a quick business stay. Comfy beds. Front desk was very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend and will be back nice time i am in town. I didnt get a chance to try the restaurant or the bar on property so i can not review them this time.

My husband and I spent a few nights at this resort to check out the area. We loved the location - the cleanliness, staff and view make this resort the best!||You can tell the hotel is run by a very competent GM. His staff respects him and they all enjoy working for and with him. Every staff member we met we enjoyed getting to know.||Best beds ever! Our sleep was phenomenal - we enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and that was also very enjoyable - we loved having glass of wine at the lobby bar and chatting with the bartenders!||If you are looking for a warm, welcoming, clean, spotless, well-located resort on the Space Coast, look NO FURTHER!
