I hired Nicole for full wedding planning services. In the end, I cancelled our contract as she was never responsive, always unavailable and missed deadlines. Three weeks after signing an agreement, I only heard from her when I took the initiative to reach out to her. When I did get a hold of Nicole, the communication was very spotty: I would have to double text, wouldn't hear back for a day or two and she would only want to schedule phone calls for a few weeks out. I finally addressed my concerns that my expectations were not being met as we discussed when I signed her contract, and Nicole said communication would be better going forward and I would be stress free. I asked her for a timeline outlining the process and she told me she would have it to me in one week, which is a generous amount of time considering I hadn't received anything productive since hiring her. Over one week later, not only did I not hear from Nicole, I had to reach out to her to ask her the reason for the delay. At this point, I politely asked Nicole to cancel our contract and refund our money due to failure to deliver services as agreed upon in our contract. She then responded with a nasty, unprofessional email absolutely refusing to refund our money and assured us that she would not be doing us any favors going forward if we kept our contract. For somebody who "enjoys throwing chaos-free weddings," this created the exact opposite experience. My experience with Nicole was extremely stressful and counterproductive.

Nicole is the kind of planning you dream of, seriously, when you’re picky she’s the one to go to!

Her company helped throw an amazing picnic celebration for myself and a couple of girls. it was relaxing and cheery and happily reconnected after a long time of not seeing some friends.
This was a large part due to Nicole and her understanding of what I expected and of course the Great setup!
The menu does not shy away from trying current or trendy foods but also as an arsenal (and I do mean arsenal) of tast, comfy, time-tested foods both finger and plated.
Unbelievably gorgeous and multiple flavors of food and snacks oh did I mention the chart Coudry board. She just did above and beyond!
For me what is one of the biggest takeaways about Nicole is the price point. Southwest Florida is way down with too many businesses that overcharge by two or three times what they should, holding their customers financially hostage while only offering the minimum.
Nicole takes the high road leaving everyone behind and gives you all of the FAB in fabulous - you can handle without the gouge.
I will happily be employee Nicole for our next gathering and picnic. Thank you for everything!
