Patty at Crystal Lake Travel always puts together a vacation for my family based on our wishes. Whether it is a luxury trip or a family trip on a budget, she can accommodate us each time. It was great working with Sue for our Japan trip last fall. She was very helpful and was always there whenever we had questions. She arranged a walking tour in Tokyo which was the best. We had our own tour guide for the entire day. Michjko was our guide and she took us to all the places we wanted to see please more that she thought we would like and she was right. We would highly recommend a walking tour to hear all about Japan.

We took a tour to Mt Fuji and went to Hiroshima, which I think everyone should see and experience.

The Tokyo Prince Hotel was right across the street from Tokyo Tower and in the heart of everything. The best Hotel.

We are looking forward to using Crystal Lake Travel for all our trips.

We've used Crystal Lake Travel for a few trips now, both cruises. We worked with Julie both times and felt she was really helpful in helping us pick the best room type/rate and finding excursions while at port.
The booking process was smooth, and prior to our departure she drops off any documents you might need for the trip, including luggage tags for the cruise process, which seems small, but it's helpful.
All in all, a great experience using this local agency. Look forward to using them for future trips.

Patty organized our daughter's destination wedding in Punta Cana. She had just been there on a 'fam' trip and had great things to say about 3 resorts. We chose Dreams Macao Beach and couldn't be happier. The resort's wedding package is called 'Beyond Memorable' and it was!!!!! Top notch from start to finish.
She managed accommodations, which includes trip insurance and airport transfers, and offered air transportation for our group of 50.
We needed A LOT of hand-holding. Patty was very helpful and provided the support we needed.
I highly recommend Patty and the many travel experts at Crystal Lake Travel 🙂

Sue does a great job with our Europe travels & Denise also with our Mexico trips. They pay attention to every detail on our list of things we want in each of our trips. We just got back from our travels to Spain & France and had a great time! We especially enjoyed Nice, France and the location to the surrounding places such as Monte Carlo, Monaco & even made it to San Remo, Italy. The Sagrada Familia Cathedral was beautiful in Barcelona. We even spent a day on our return in Philadelphia and enjoyed visiting the historical downtown area. Thank you Sue for setting that up as well. My kids met us in Barcelona & joined us in Nice. They had a wonderful time as well. Thank you Sue for setting it all up & your patience with the multiple changes that we made to accommodate our family.

Chrissy did an amazing job planning our honeymoon! From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, positive, and attentive to every detail. The trip was perfectly timed, and we had the right balance of relaxation and adventure at each destination. We truly had the trip of a lifetime! Aside from the planning, while we were there, the staff at each hotel we stayed at were so pleasant and helpful, each private driver was so helpful and polite. All around great experience.
