We have had all of our personal and business insurance policies with Summer and Associates for years. Insurance is something that is 100% necessary but not often black and white. It is hard to know exactly what you need. Mark and Deb are AMAZING! I did not feel like they were trying to make a sale. They truly care about your business and make sure you have exactly what you need.They explain everything so well and have been with us every step of the way. When you need anything they take care of it right away. They are both so helpful and have been on top of anything we have needed. It is so nice to know that if something major happens they will take care of it for us.

ave never had a a problem in 20yrs if dealing with auto owners/ summer & associates. now Cherokee Wilson
Director of First Impressions cant seem to write a proper quote for a home policy. 3-4 weeks now I have been trying to get a quote, meanwhile my property has gone uninsured. I have now done all the leg work/ research on the property to write it with the right information. all freely accessible information to the public. and still cant seem to get anything done here. not a good first impression, and definitely not a good impression on a 20yr customer.

Had insurance with them for my business. Acuity I had told them to make changes to my insurance. They didn’t do it and it cost me thousands. Can’t say enough bad about them and acuity. I dropped both and now paying a quarter of what I did with them. If you are smart you will do the same!!
