My Husband and I have the pleasure of working with Linda Friedman from Travel Services of Yorkville to help us plan our honeymoon trip! I could truly say I would feel so comfortable recommending her to any client, friend or family member! She is extremely patient and kind, her personality is so joyful and you can tell she really loves her job and clients she is working with! The professionalism she has shown us was phenomenal! Linda was on top of her game, organized and knew all the latest tour and excretions, and will work with you on your budget to make sure you have the best trip. She makes the whole experience fun and easy. She always kept us updated and made sure we had everything we needed. Linda even took the time to print out all our itineraries and color-coded them for each day on our honeymoon. We felt so relaxed and at ease.
Linda Friedman is the best example of what a travel agent should be. What she offered us and helped us plan is an experience I will remember and would tell everyone how amazing she is!!! Again she was so wonderful to work with. She even called us before our trip to make sure we ready to go and if we had any question on anything, that is extremely courteous and helpful. Then after we got back she also checked in on us. That shows she cares about her job and her clients. I will always go to Linda for all my travel needs. I know she would love and would be more than happy to help and work with anyone for there vacation needs.

Just came back from Puerto Vallarta had an awesome time Linda was our travel agent we had no issues at all we did exactly what she told us to do from when we got into air port had no trouble getting to our resort Island sun tours who she put us with were waiting for us at airport and hotel took excellent care of us booked my family on a ziplining and horse back ride made sure they got right where they needed to be next day they set up a private tour for just my family to see all the sites of the city and then a awesome lunch. our Tour guide Alex knew right where to bring us felt very safe the whole time Puerta Vallarta is beautiful i will be back .Thanks Linda for everything
