We charter your bus to Chicago to a Broadway Play and our Driver Peggy was so efficient and we felt so safe even in a terrible traffic jam. The bus was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely use your service again and request Peggy as our driver.

A few of the drivers were less than friend. We did have a few nice drives they are the reason for the two instead of the a one star. Company sent us buses without working outlets for a 24 hour bus ride from Illinois to Florida. Air conditioning started leaking onto people and throughout the over head compartment soaking peoples items. The second bus had outlets typed to the wall and several seats were missing most of there padding.

Recently we contracted for a bus to take a group of Seniors from Loves Park, IL to Milwaukee, WI. Our driver was a young man, Jaylyn Edwards. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with him. He was immediately pleasant and courteous when we met him. Since our group consisted of Senior citizens, several of them had walkers to bring with us, and Jay was so helpful in placing the walkers on the bus and quick to get off the bus each time we stopped somewhere to get them out and ready for each person as they stepped off the bus. He was also right there to offer assistance to people as they got on and off the bus. He was both friendly and helpful, finding a place to drop us off that required as little walking as possible for our people. Truly, he was a large part of the reason that our day was a huge success. Thank you, Windstar Lines, for hiring such a competent and helpful driver. When the occasion arises, we will surely turn to Windstar again.

I needed to charter a bus for a long weekend for a high school robotics trip. We had a hectic week with last minute schedule changes, late nights and unexpected weather. Despite all of this, our driver Bob was super accommodating and professional the whole week. I strongly recommend Windstar for their excellent service if your group needs to charter. They will be the first company we contact for our trip next year.

ABSOULTLY HORRIBLE DRIVERS!!!!!!

We are at the brewers game and asked the diver multiple times to turn the bus off... since they were the only bus on... another windstar driver also asked the driver to turn it off since no other bus was on at the game. The diver was absolutely rude and wouldn't even listen. We asked multiple times since it was giving us headaches.

Mike Frey took the RVC Baseball Team on our annual Spring Break trip! He was tremendous! Very accommodating! Mike went above and beyond each day of the trip! I highly recommend Mr. Frey and Windstar Lines! Thanks again for the memorable trip Mike!

We had Barb as our driver to Branson for our OES trip, talk about a gem, she's #1 in my book. Always a smile and fun to be around. I do think I left my minnie mouse bag on the bus--I'd love to have it returned, if possible. We'll take Barb any day. She went out her way to help take one of our members to the hospital. Windstar Bus Lines has been a very reliable and affordable bus line to use for all of our charter bus trips in the the past few years. The recent trip we took to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra was driven by Steve Vock. He was the most courteous and efficient driver we have ever had on a charter trip. I would recommend Windstar as a charter bus company to anyone who is considering a trip in the future!
