Worked with Rob booking our honeymoon and he was fantastic! My fiancé and I were trying to plan our honeymoon to Mexico with no experience and never traveled to Mexico before. Rob gave us a couple different options to look at before our final decision. Although that I have never went to this place to buy any airline tickets, but good Lord! Do some people who has bad experience has to be childish about it? If I am sounding mean, I plead guilty. Like many other places, this place may be short staffed. And if someone doesn't show up for work, the agent who may be stuck with handling the work alone may be feeling out of breath or something. I know that sometimes I would go to the agent to spread some word about an attraction in another city and I know that maybe they are closed due to that they may be out to lunch. I like what travel agents do and sometimes are willing to offer airline discounts. Also, if your car is in the shop or can't drive, this place is served by MetroBus route number 57 and Metro Call-a-Ride.

Rob has taken great care of me and my family numerous times. He is very consultative in his approach and makes sure we are totally happy with our decision. He has definitely not let us down with his advice and direction. He makes everything smooth and seamless. We will be using him as our travel advisor until he quits working.

I paid more for a travel agent to book tickets for premium seats and better service. I still paid extra to book my seats for each flight through American Airlines
When I missed the international flight due to a plane being delayed, I tried to communicate throughout the day with this agency, with no response to help me at all. I found out the lady who I booked with was no longer with the company.

We have never been treated worse than we were by Rhonda
Terrible service and quite rude on vacation! And could not fix even one issue. We had to fix everything ourselves while watching our travel agent be completely intoxicated and inappropriate with our group
Will NEVER use Rhonda again
