She made renting the chairs so easy. She was very friendly and and patient with me. Her communication was amazing, didn’t matter what time it was she responded quickly which was even better. Even with returning the chairs I was late but she didn’t make a fuss about it she understood. Definitely would recommend using her services. I’ll definitely be renting with her more often now that I moved to queens.

The event was across several days and every thing that they supplied for the event was of very high quality. The tent, chandeliers, bistro lights., dance floor, bars, chairs, tables...I highly recommend them if you're looking for any of these services. They are very professional.

Very unprofessional experience. I reached out to the company to inquire about some chairs and standing tables. After receiving a quote, I informed them that I would review my options and get back in touch to confirm. The following day, I attempted to call but couldn’t connect, but the lady reached out and communicated with me via text instead. I expressed what I was interested in and requested photos of the items. When I asked for the dimensions of the table, I was told, “Once we have a commitment, I can provide that level of customer service. We are still waiting for your deposit.”

I was baffled by this response. Since when is providing basic information about a product considered a "different level of customer service"? This exchange was completely unprofessional, and there was no real customer service displayed at all.

These folks are awesome! We’ve used them a couple of times for events in our yard. Compared to others we have used in past, they are reliable, very helpful in deciding size and location of tents, pleasant to work with. Very professional from office folks to set up crew.
