Vivian set us up with Kira and Katia as servers. We also had Patrick as our grill chef. Everything was great. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. Allowed us to enjoy our party and spent time with our guests instead of running around crazy.

Vivian and Be Our Guest provided the most excellent Servers for our daughter's Bridal Shower party which was held in a private home. The Servers, Gina and Marcy, were so incredible and took every stress we had away from the moment they arrived. Whether it was serving pass-around appetizers, placing out the lunch food and desserts, keeping the home clean, packing up the left-overs, managing any trash and recyclables, making sure our older guests were comfortable and served-- from start to finish they were just wonderful! At the end of the party, you would not know there had been a party- the kitchen was spotless and the only evidence was all the left-overs they had packaged up. We felt comfortable the entire day and were able to enjoy the party without a worry as to serving the food or having to clean up after the guests or the kitchen. Thank you to Be Our Guest for helping to make our daughter's day special and by providing such excellent service. We appreciate you and a special thanks to your wonderful, professional and kind staff. Anyone who wants to have a party should know to call you so they can truly Be your Guest in their own home!

Vivian had arranged for a server who fell ill at the last minute but she was able get us a replacement seamlessly. He was on time, courteous and could go with the flow. It was for a special family party of 15. This was my second time working with them and they make it very easy.

Been working with Vivian and her team since 2004. Vivian has a knack of working extremely well with all of her clients as she treats every event she plans like they are her family. The resources and staff she has chosen to work with are the best in the industry and proud to partner with this great company.
Her waitstaff are true professionals with lots of experience. Always a step ahead and work extremely well with with every Caterer. You will be extremely pleased!

Vivian helped us plan the party and the vision, helped us figure out what supplies we needed and even met me for a shopping run. Then, on the day of the party, Vivian and her team ran the party for us so that we could concentrate on our guests. They were professional, polite, and pleasant. Even when it started raining during our outdoor tented party, their service continued (and they got pretty wet!). We highly recommend!

I called upon this business to assist me in my planned event. From the very beginning Vivian(owner) was very helpful in implementing an awesome affair. I was literally able to be a guest at my own party. Vivian and her team organized the entire day. The planned menu was above my expectations. Everyone raved about the food and the service impeccable. I find that I can’t make a move anymore without checking ratings on the internet. I wanted to make sure to share my 5 star experience. Vivian Lachmund and her company “Be Our Guest” was an excellent experience. I have employed her several times for large and small get togethers. Having servers and a bartender allowed me to enjoy my party and guests. The food was delicious! The servers were professional, independent, clean and very sensitive to COVID rules. I highly recommend this service and company.
