The whole team of lovable events were truly amazing. I hired them for my big wedding day. They worked with everything I told them. They were punctual got everything ready in time and did everything nicely and neatly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I have never left a single negative review for anyone, after experiencing such disappointment from these planners, I was left no choice. We hired Loveable Events USA to plan my brothers engagement event. Aisha the owner of the event company was the person I was talking to about all the planning. I told her we had three weeks to decide and plan everything and she assured me everything will get done. I shared a Google doc. with all my ideas word for word and heavily detailed what my brother and his fiance wanted.
(Google Doc. Included Details on: Stage Setup, Table Decor, and Custom Cake Stand, and Entrance Sign, other small details)

She assured me everything will be perfect and like what we wanted and sent a contract. She took 100% money upfront and only through Zelle. We were a bit wary at first, but again she assured us she is exceptional and will do “Top Notch” Job. We signed contract and paid.

One week, before I had told her I will come on Saturday (1 day before our event) to see the preparation. We both agreed on 8pm Saturday meeting. With 1 day before our event remaining we head to NY to the venue from NJ (2hr drive). I message her about 1 hr into drive “will be 15min late” and she responds she’s not there.

We talked on call. Her excuse was it was raining so she didn't want to work. They decided to leave. LIKE REALLY? I got frustrated and told her I'm driving 2hrs away and it's not close. It’s hardly raining. I told her you should’ve told me earlier in the day you weren't going to be there. She had no answer. I told her since we’re half way there we want to see the work and if anyone is there to show us. She responded nothing is done yet and the decor from previous party still there.

I asked her how do you plan on finishing everything before 5pm next day (our event was following day). She responded with “will try our best.” What Being extremely mad is an understatement on how I was feeling. How irresponsible can you be. She some how decided to show up with her other partner.

Nothing was set up on the tables, but the stage backdrop was put up. We asked like when is it going to be done. Again they sweet talked us saying don't worry they are professionals, done many events, etc, etc. So we left nervous hoping everything will come out good.

The event day is here and we see that many things from the contract were missing. The decor looked super rushed and not worth the value we paid. We paid 4500-5000k and the decor was ridiculous. It was literally something I could put together myself. Sofa and chairs I asked for were nothing like the ones I showed. Not to mention how uncomfortable the sofa was. My brother couldn't sit properly the whole night. The cake stand was the most terrible thing ever. It looked nothing like the inspo pictures I gave. Maybe a super cheap version. It fell three times during the night. I called Aisha to tell her what's up with the cake stand. We were legit afraid to put our cake on there. She told me to fix it with tape. Blamed the falling of the stand on the DJ. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I paid you to do this, it's not my job. The entrance sign with pickett stand, also in the contract no where to be seen. Also in the contract, will discuss small details closer to date. Never did any of that. Randomly decided to do what they wanted.

Clearly, Aisha and the other dude she works with rushed everything. They decorated the venue the same day of the event and missed a lot of the details mentioned in the contract. OMG!!! The candle stands didn't have candles in them. They looked so weird. These event planners are SCAMMERS they rush everything and don't care about your day. STAY AWAY!!! Spend your money somewhere else. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

My family were hesitant when looking for help with our first baby shower. We knew we wanted to make it memorable but had a limited budget and didn't know who to use. One of my clients recommended me to Lovable events and we are super impressed with how everything turned out.
My wife and I were very indecisive about what exactly we wanted. Aisha made sure to give us all options, and constantly offered suggestions. She was honest, super helpful and very easy to communicate with. During the day of the event her and her team were able to set up tables, chairs and decorations and even helped with clean up after the event was over. Truly impeccable service. Aisha went above and beyond, she made the planning process so easy and simple even with our hectic schedules. She brought my wife's vision to life and I will definitely use them again for our next party!

While getting a tour of Leonard’s party hall by the their host for our up coming event, we came across your decor. I believe it was Sana's Nikkah at Leonard's. I must say the decorations was outstanding. The stage looked so perfect from all angles. I always appreciate the hard work and detail oriented touch in anything. After seeing decor we are for sure going with lovable events USA for our event decor needs. I would highly recommend these guys. Everything was very clean and to the tee.
