Have used Design a ride 3 times recently and am very impressed. They are wonderful to deal with, very prompt, reasonably priced, nice vehicles and have good drivers. As I am a single person, I feel safe with them.They will be my transfer company from now on. Sooo glad I found them!

Highly recommended Design a Ride! They arrived bright and early, picked up all six of us and off we went to Sky Harbor. Nice clean van, plenty of room for us and suitcases. When we arrived back into Sky Harbor the van was there to pick us up and bring us home. Very nice drivers, they kept in touch with us, prompt, professional and no worries. Excellent ride!

I received a call for my prepaid airport pick up before boarding my flight letting me know they had a car issue. Brenda asked if I would be willing to share my car with another person. I said I would be happy to share as long as I did not have to wait for the driver to pick up the other person as I was a lone woman arriving at 10pm...with 110 degree weather as well. She assured me I wouldn't have to wait and I would be dropped off at home first.

When I arrived I had not received a text or call from the driver to arrange the meet-up so I called and spoke with Brenda again. She said she didn't know why there was no communication from Martin the driver but she would have him call asap. Martin called to tell me I would have to wait as he was still waiting for the other person to meet him. I told him this wasn't the agreed upon arrangement. He insisted I would need to wait. I told him I would wait 5 minutes, if he wasn't there I would arrange for an Uber. I then called Brenda, explained what happened and why this didn't work. She told me it was late for her and she didn't like how I was talking to her. I was quite calm and logical, never called anyone a name, never cussed....I only expressed my displeasure that what we had agreed to wasn't happening.

I told her to refund my money and went to get an Uber.

Such terrible service for a repeat customer who will never use or recommend them again. And then unable to be responsible for their poor service.

Our first time and very happy with the service! They checked in with us the day before to firm up details, showed up on time and loaded our bags. The van was clean and comfortable. The driver exceptionally nice and we talked all the way to the airport. He dropped us off at our airline entry and unloaded bags. We will be picked up upon returning home. Wonderful service!! They also offer services for an evening out-drive and wait for whatever time needed. We will use this service often!!!!!

Submitted info on the website & quickly received email confirmation. Answers to my additional questions were also quick. I received a call the day before to confirm the time & driver. The driver arrived a smidge early & called to let us know he was there.

My wife and I used this service for a night out on our anniversary. Bill picked us up right on time. He was very professional with a great personality! Front door service at the restaurant we attended, while opening all doors for us. After dinner he was right on time for pick up and drove us to the hotel we were staying at. He asked if there was anything we needed or if he could get us anything along the way. He is a very nice guy! By the way the vehicle was extremely clean. I definitely recommend this service.
