I cannot recommend Sage + Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 + family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage + Stone as your wedding planning team!

SO GRATEFUL TO BE A SAGE + STONE BRIDE. I full heartedly believe Codi is the best in the wedding planning business and then some. She truly made my micro wedding dreams come true. Codi was extremely responsive and answered all my questions instantly. she definitely helped me keep calm as I was having issues with the venue and their lack of communication. she handled all of that and made my wedding day 100% stress free. she also helped me source some last minute vendors which was extremely helpful as i am not local to AZ. I was able to enjoy my micro wedding and made a friend out of it!

After realizing I was in over my head when trying to plan my wedding, I booked Codi and she hit the ground running. I knew I made the best decision almost instantly, and I was reminded of that during this entire process. Codi held my hand through the process by setting realistic expectations, recommendations and detailed timelines for both myself and the bridal party/families. When it came to wedding day, all I had to do was show up, stress-free! Codi handled anything and everything that came her way and I am forever grateful. We can’t say enough amazing things about Codi and Sage & Stone Weddings! She was our first vendor we booked over a year before our wedding date. We had her booked with her 30 day coordination package - however she went above and beyond for us even prior to that 30 days. I was blown away by the details she had noted about ideas I had brought up months in advance and the way she helped me bring my ideas to life. She will truly take the time to get to know you on a personal level and has a gift at making everyone feel special. She kept me calm and excited going into wedding day so that I felt I could truly enjoy the day with 0 stress. She took charge of dealing with other vendors that weren’t listening to our requests and will advocate for you 100% with whatever you need to make your day perfect. Our wedding day unexpectedly was the rainiest day of the year and was supposed to be held outdoors. She called me that morning with plans of how we would adjust before I even had a chance to stress or feel upset. I was in shock when I got to the venue and saw the way she pulled everyone and everything together and adjusted the plan to still seamlessly flow in the rain. She even showed up with a clear umbrella for me which ended up being the best prop for rainy wedding photos that we’ll cherish forever! I’d recommend Codi to any bride and I am so glad we went with Sage & Stone!
