We had a wonderful vacation to Maya Rivera all because of Ellen and her expertise in helping us to plan from beginning to end, beginning with renewing our passports. Flight tickets, transportation to the resort and back to airport, plus the room accommodations in the “perfect” location. All of her planning & help made this vacation something to remember. I was excited to work with Ellen after so many people had recommended her, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us. I contacted her asking for help planning our trip to Europe. The first time I emailed her, I didn't hear back for over a week but she did email me finally after I contacted her a second time to check in and make sure she received our first correspondence. She got back to me a few days later and told me she would be happy to help, I told her all the details of our trip and asked for help with our plans she said she was very busy with Europe plans but she would get back to me in a week with some details. 18 days later I hadn't heard anything and I emailed her for the third time asking about helping us with our plans and I never heard back from her again. Definitely disappointing
