I worked with Michelle to have my baby shower at Pure Wonder. I can’t sing enough praises. working with Michelle was so amazing. It’s not called Pure Wonder for no reason! I told her I wanted an astro-themed “over the moon” shower with blues and purples. She helped me bring that vision to life. She asked me questions to help fine-tune what I needed from her, we discussed what I needed to provide for the day, and she handled the rest. My baby shower turned out better than I could have imagined. This was my first event at Pure Wonder but it definitely will not be the last. Thank you Michelle!

Pure Wonder was just that!!! My daughter’s sweet 16 was dreamy, joyful and tons of fun! From the moment I visited the venue I knew I didn’t need to look any further, it was the first and only venue I looked at for our baby girls party! What sold me was the location, size and affordable rates! The owner Michelle was also so professional yet personable! She helped us with our vision by sharing ideas she thought could work in the space! We booked a few months ahead to secure the date but Michelle was always so available and responsive no matter how many times we wanted to tour the space! She communicated with us about anything we needed to know leading up to the day of our event! She was extremely accommodating and made sure she always delivered top tier customer service! I will definitely recommend and refer anyone looking to have an event to use Pure Wonder! Don’t hesitate, just book! You won’t regret it!

I had my son’s first birthday here and it was amazing. They took care of everything with precision. The owner is very nice and was communicative during our booking process and had so many great ideas/suggestions for a theme. I added the DJ, photographer and play package for the kids. No disappointment here. The DJ had the grown ups dancing. The venue is clean and the bathroom was spotless. They even had a staff member dedicated to us during our event. Will definitely book again.

The venue was stunning and provided so
much space for my guests. My guests had only positive comments about the place! Michelle was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond to messages and absolutely accommodating! She made sure our event went smoothly. She was a wonderful host who made herself available for any questions. I couldn’t imagine having my event elsewhere. This place was just perfect! I’ve always known Michelle to do great work, so when I needed assistance coordinating my father’s repast, I reached out to her for assistance. She helped me through the entire process including set up and decor. Michelle did a phenomenal job-my family was thoroughly impressed. Michelle is professional and operates in excellence; she coordinates each event as if it were her own. It was refreshing to know that I could rely on her.

The worst experience, cancelled my daughter’s 18 birthday all cause I wanted a confirmation email after giving 100% of my money 2 weeks before the event. No respect given to the customer at all, didn’t understand why you cancel something when all I asked was for proof that I was booked for the day. If your worried about not being scammed and just want confirmation of paperwork that you signed then stay away. Texted me two weeks before the event at 7:57 a.m in the morning but couldn’t simply send me something to put me at peace that this wasn’t a scam.
