Angel provided excellent service. His efficient correspondence was timely, catered to my difficult and demanding wishes, and he successfully gave me numerous options (I could tell by the suggestions that he was indeed listening to what my tastes were). No sales-y banter, no pressure, no insincere language. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the small-town nature of the interactions over phone and email. Recommended.

I’m not even a customer here, and I called trying to get travel help due to flight cancellations from the recent storm. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful, research flights for me, and give me information on what my options are. Definitely recommend!

It has been a week since I have been waiting for someone to call me back with prices for flight tickets. I had to call 4 times to get prices and every time someone was going to call me back which never happened.

Very unprofessional. Will never bother again with this so-called travel agency. I called another one and within 5 minutes they were able to give me prices and book tickets for me.

Take your business somewhere else.

I Went To Talk w/ Them, I Was a Walk-In Also but They Were Open (2nd Fl. Btw) and I Spoke w/ an Employee Briefly In the Stairwell Was Never Invited Into the Office and They Seemed Unorganized, Unwelcoming & Unconcerned About Our Return/ Unenthusiastic About Our Business or Reeling-In a Potential Client Tho We Took Time In-Person For Information On Booking a Trip Soon To Disney World In Sept. + a European Trip This Christmas & Key West For Winter...
Definitely Their Loss When We're In The Future of People Just Booking Online. Travel Agencies Aren't As Prevelant! We Decided To Check Out Some Others, Not Gonna Make Appointment w/ Mena.

I have used Mena Travel's services for 25 years. Juan has helped me plan a variety of trips, i.e. Mexico, Dominican Republic to mention a few. He has gone above and beyond when helping with my travels. He once even helped my aunt, who lives in New York, coordinate her son's travel plans (he lives in Manila, Philippines) from Chicago to New York! Juan and the team are helpful, courteous and professional! Let them know your needs and preferences for your travel plans and they will make it happen!
