Buyer beware!
I am an old retired man maybe an easy target too. Chicago Travel offered me a 10 Year Saudi Visa for $499.00, I agreed but I insisted to pay for it by credit card instead of check or Zella, so after Chicago Travel got my money they sent me an email asking me to agree and accept that the money I paid for this service is not refundable and not disputable, which I think this is something they should have told me before I paid, I felt uncomfortable and felt some fishy about it so I asked to cancel and requested a refund. I was shocked to see they charged my credit card twice for $498.00, and the total I paid was $996.00 instead of one time charge of $499.00 only (see payment screenshot bellow).

Al Hamdulillah I have done my Umrah October 2022. The Visa process was easy, I recommend their service. I used their service to obtain my 10 years Saudi e-visa, the process was seamless, they kept to their promise, and they delivered within the given timeframe, and Sister Nushrat was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and concern, even when I had doubt about the legitimacy of the visa, she assisted in the verification process. She made herself available during and after I received my visa, she was very patient, and her customer service is top- notch.
