Our trip was from West Dundee Illinois to Branson Mo..Jimmy Puckett our driver was so amazing! Not only did he do an excellent job driving, he was so considerate and beyond helpful to all his passengers. He helped everyone on and off the bus, held doors open (even in the pouring rain) handled everyone's luggage, even holding our carry ons so they wouldn't get wet on the pavement.
We had music and movies playing and Jimmy even tolerated our singing! There is something I would request from the company ...for long trips such as ours, you need to have cup holders and trays installed!! Plus your seats are not meant for long distance trips. They were pretty uncomfortable. My 5 stars that I gave your company goes to our driver Jimmy!

Our driver Shawn was pretty awesome, he took us from Chicago to Niagra falls to Washington and finally in NY over the course of a week. He did his job pretty well!

Daniel was our driver on a trip to Vermont. He was terrific! I especially liked how he stopped the bus close to the curb so that one didn’t have to step down to the street and then back up to the sidewalk.

My experience with Chicago Classic Coach was less than favorable. The only reason that I did not give a one star rating is because the driver Arthur was outstanding. He was professional and very attentive to the the passengers.

I was amazed that your company would send a bus for a long trip such as Canada without consideration whether the ride would be comfortable. When I and others first got on the bus, it was clean. The seats appeared uncomfortable and they were. They were too narrow. There were not even cup holders or trays so people had to hold their drinks in their hands or find creative ways to transport their beverages. I purchased beverages that were in bottles so that I could place in my bag on the floor.

The bus would have been okay for a short term trip but this was unacceptable. This is a definite statement about the company. Under no circumstances would I recommend your company to organizations seeking to get transportation for a trip.

As a result of my experience with your company, I would NEVER take another bus trip. I will also be writing to Diamond Tours with my review so that they can look for other companies for their travel needs.

I recently went on a tour that used Chicago Classic Motocoach. I repeatedly asked our driver, Mike, not to touch me as I stepped off the coach. He did it every time we unloaded. I DON’T like to be touched or have people in my personal space. I was very upset when he wouldn’t stop.
