Free internet is unusable, late checkout is only for diamond members, overall people that are staying here seem a little trashy. Rooms are clean, breakfast is adequate. Interactions with staff have been pleasant. They nickel and dime you for everything. No complimentary items, so if you forget something or just need aspirin be ready to pay for it.

Last minute booking when family we were to stay with came down sick. Staff is excellent and have a fragrance free room that my wife's allergies are not affected. Very nice facilities and will stay here again if needed. Not the Christmas we were dreaming of but a great fallback!

Everything was fine. Bed was comfortable room was clean. Relatively quiet. Breakfast was good enough. Staff was polite and friendly.

I stayed here a few times because it was close to family. Several rooms were dirty, showers broken, breakfast sure it’s free and it is terrible. Staff members and managers are stuck up and rude. Pool is also poor quality. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear people above you and next door to you. Even house keeper complaints you get to hear through the walls as well as their poor house keeping training skills telling the new house keepers they don’t have to clean everything just quickly change bed sheets and move on to next room. The window air units also don’t work well and make loud sounds. On top of this I witnessed them offering handicap rooms to non handicaps and saying we have regular rooms available but the handicaps are bigger. When handicap people were also in line. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would give them zero stars or negative stars if that was a option.

This is good hotel, in general. But, they charge you $60 over and above what the charge for your room should be plus taxes without telling you about it. When you write Hilton.com directly, they do not respond to your request generated from their website. The charge plus $60 changed in my credit card account to just the room charge after a number of days. But, both the property and their parent company need to disclose what they are doing and why. Still no explanation for why they did this extra $60 thing.

This is a busy hotel but well managed and clean. Our room was good, but though the bath faucet worked, it was loose. The wallpaper in the bath needed repair. The breakfast was good and well managed.

Not welcoming to handicap people! Canceled my reservation and made me go somewhere else. Im still just surprised and dont know why?Customer care said it was something odd at this location. Yeah, this never happened before anywhere else. What do you do when this happens? ... Find a better place... 😌

If you really wished to help me and cared about my well being then you would have helped me when I talked to you on the phone at the front desk. Instead you told me you could not help and you were the one that sent me away as well. Since you have my personal number and email you also could have reached out to me personally and fixed this and had the opportunity to ensure that I am taking care of and the issue could have been corrected immediately. So why didn't you?

Hotel was comfortable and rooms were very nice, only issue was there were a group of people talking loudly in hallway during the night at some point. Woke me from a deep sleep.
