They did our wedding at 18 rail's and tried to rip us off at every turn. They pay their chefs and servers $20/hr but charge you $45/hr for their labor and still expect you to pay gratuity. I paid over 4k in catering fees for the wedding, and other than then the table linens and sub par service (where security threatened to tow my car and the contact with butlers pantry was unreachable 90% of the time) I got nothing in return. The only part of the service that was good was Bill who helped us the day before. Overall just left a bad taste in my mouth; I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. If my wife didn’t love the venue I would have walked away and spent way less money. Worst part was that the food was mediocre, which really killed my mood that day considering it cost me $118/pp

We just had Butler's Pantry cater our Luncheon for 68 people and everyone complimented us on the food. They had plenty of food and it all tasted great! It was a premium quality meal with a great setup!

Butler's Pantry catered our wedding in November of 2023 and WOW - I could not have asked for better food or service for our big day! From the initial meetings/tastings to the cocktail hour, plated dinner and late night snacks, Butler's Pantry delivered on every aspect. The quality of food prepared and delivered by BP is unmatched. We even had multiple guests say their filet was the best steak they've ever had. We wanted a New York City twist on our late night snack cart, and BP hit it out of the park with hot dogs, soft pretzels and Italian cookies. Every individual we encountered with BP was courteous, accommodating and friendly. I really appreciated the check-in during our reception evening to ensure everything was as we liked it. If you want the best in St. Louis for your wedding/event, Butler's Pantry is it!

My husband had Butler's Pantry cater our Christmas dinner this year. It was the very first Christmas that our nest was empty. He wanted to give me a holiday where I could just sit back and be pampered. The food was INCREDIBLE! Butler's Pantry delivered and went the extra steps to make sure my Christmas was perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys! From the ordering to the ease of delivery to the amazing cuisine, you all ROCK! Definitely will be repeat customers.
