Had a great time so much closer than Charlotte, we had to wait a few because we were walk ins… so we ended up eating lunch in the bar… I had the hummus and wow so so good, with a dirty Dr Pepper I did try the Guacamole dip but it was to spicy (low tolerance) they took it off the bill. Hubby had the patty melt with a salad loved it. Our bay was ready during our meal, the young man helping us was not helpful we seasoned folks, got lost in the sauce, but I think because we ate already he wasn’t that eager my opinion.. other than that great place, new, fresh, clean, great parking..

Nice atmosphere and environment. Our bay glitched the entire time so we were granted a free two hour play any other time and our debt was canceled. The food was good though. We will be back.

Arrived with dozens of bays visibly available, was told all bays were reserved and was a 1.5 hour wait so joined waiting list. Got food, drinks, played put-put. 1.5 hours after arriving, dozens of bays are and have been visibly available, still told there are no bays available by staff. If staffing was an issue, that’s not what we were told, all bays are automated and require no staff to run. This had occurred on more than one occasion now. Website says bays are “climate controlled”, they just have fans.

I had an amazing time at top golf. The lemon pepper chicken wings were excellent. The staff was so nice and professional. Chelsea was so attentive making sure that we had everything we needed. She was amazing and made my birthday special. Thanks again Chelsea. You are the best!!!

Tonight my family and I went to Top Golf Charleston to Celebrate my daughter's 16th Birthday. Our server was awesome!! However, we waited almost an 1hr and a half for our food. Even then the food was coming out in parts. Example " burger no fries". So the manager " Shane finally brought out the food and stated" he would give a discount on the meal" there were 3 checks he placed a discount on 1 of our parties check. When brought to his attention " he asked did we want him to remove the discount from the 1 check. Really you "Shane stated that you were going to discount the checks and then your going to ask did we want you to remove the discount from the 1 check because you didn't put 1 on the other 3 checks. Top Golf Charleston it was my families first time there. I had heard stories about how the management was. I still decided to take my daughter because she asked on her a Big Day!!! What a disappointment. If corporate reads these reviews please take a long hard look at your management time because as of now there not giving " Top Tier Customer Service "!!! As for the manger " Shane " we didn't ask for a discount you stated you would be giving one. For you not to do so tells and shows management may not be the position for you. TOP Golf Charleston I will have to let my social media family know. This may not be a place for families to go to celebrate, or to hang out with friends. Such a Disappointment..

We booked a two hour slot at dinner time, and everyone showed up ready to eat, drink, and play some games. Shortly after arriving, we were told by management that our party of 10 was "too large" and that we couldn't all be at the bay, even though the couple in the bay next to us offered seating. Half of us had to go to the bar to sit and eat, but the manager had no issues with the screaming parties of 11 and 9 on the other side of us. I feel as though my friends were treated unfairly, and I'm not sure that we will be returning any time soon.

It was busy but not slammed. My Wife and I waited for 45 minutes before a server even acknowledged us after several attempts to get her to come our way. Ask the bar if I could order there and get drinks he said "no, she'll be with you soon". The food was great and hour and a half after being there.
