Julia was an absolute life saver in planning my trip to Copenhagen. She did an excellent job of balancing all of the to-dos on my wish list within a short stay. After a week of hearing nothing, I called back twice during business hours and no one answered. Extremely unprofessional! Drove over to your location this afternoon. My disappointment reading your sign on the door that informs to call for an appointment. It would have been nice after googling your location and hours that you would have included that necessary piece of information.
