They are good till you booked the tour after booking/ Payment the behaviour of the staff is very bad ,they don't care your tour in

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and a thief, once he has your money he disappears. We booked 4 tickets with Shadi, paid over $8k, when we got to the airport they said we didn't have seats on the plane because the travel agent didn't confirm the booking. When we called him at the airport to see what was going on, his response was "this isn't my fault, this is the airports fault" rather than helping us find a solution to get to our destination, he kept screaming and arguing that it wasn't his fault . We ended up having to take our 10 suitcases and going back home, and returning the next day for a different flight. Now we are trying to call him to fix a problem with our return flights that were booked with him, he has not answered our calls for 2 weeks.
Save yourself the time and money and just book your own tickets.

Great people Mohamed is amazing such a legitimate person who does everything in his power to help people. If it wasn’t for him my friends wife wouldn’t have been able to fly out today. But he got involved and spend hours in solving an issue and making things work. What an awesome person. I will never buy tickets from another travel agency again.

Me and my fiance went I came in for assistance in getting our honeymoon booked. We spoke with someone at the beginning of September, and was told we would hear back within a week. It is now the middle of November and we have not head a single thing from them. Very disappointed, and would not recommend unless you have the time to pester them to do things.

Today my wife was flying royal Jordanian and the supervisor in charge at the counter said she couldn’t fly because her passport will expire in one month. We were literally ready to just turn back and go home with this disappointment . When Mohamed heard what’s going on and informed me that by law she has the right to fly out. He took it upon himself to go to the counter and confront them. At first they refused and refused but he wouldn’t take no for answer, he insisted and just wouldn’t reliant going from manager to manager explaining to them the laws and that they were wrong, he even insisted that they call upper management in Jordan, It took a long time but needless to say he got the job done and she is on the flight as I write this review. The crazy part I didn’t even buy my ticket from his agency, I thank god that he was just in the right place at the right time, and saw people in need of help and he didn’t hesitate to do everything in his power to help us, and asked nothing in return. It’s rare to find this kind of people, and I know how blessed my family was to have meet him. I will never buy a ticket from anywhere else! Thank you Mohamed you have made a friend today.
