We just celebrated our children’s baptism this past weekend. We have nothing but great things to say about Mayra!! From the beginning on booking the hall - to the day of the event, she was great. The space is very well organized, clean, modern and overall welcoming. We received so many compliments from our family about the hall and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you Mayra for taking such great care of us and hope to book in the future as well!

I came across My Celebration Party Room (MCPR) while Google searching places for a child’s first birthday party. My husband and I come from big Italian/Mexican families, so it was important to us to find a venue with ample space to comfortably fit guests without breaking the bank. I reached out and was quoted for multiple spaces from kid cafes to park district rentals. Compared to the multiple places I contacted, MCPR was the only place that meet our needs as it allowed us to have a celebration longer than 2hrs and it comfortably fit our party size of 100 guests - that’s just close family. Additionally, it has a bar that I knew guests would appreciate when attending a kid’s bday. What I love about the space is that it is an open and beautiful space already. It required minimal decorations- any decorations were to add personalization to the party. I did not have to worry about tablecloths, covering up old torn chairs, etc. MCPR had beautiful curtains and gray plank flooring, chiavari chairs, table cloths w/runners, beautiful centerpieces, and decorated entry table—all included! It also included a small room to store food in refrigerator or in food warmer, plus a microwave. Also included in venue rental was Bluetooth speakers, chafing dish for food buffet (I bought fuel cans), and unlimited soda/water. The alcoholic drinks were additional. There were different options for the bar (cash bar /open tab, beer/cocktails). Catering is the customer’s responsibility.
Above all, I want to highlight the ease of it all due to Mayra’s excellent communication skills and her friendliness. She took the stress out of party planning. From the initial contact, she was very polite and straightforward in regards to pricing and what’s included. She was also very accommodating day off and made sure to set an area up for the face painter I hired. Mayra and another gentleman were tending to the bar on the day of the party. He was also very polite and friendly. To this day, my guests comment on what a beautiful venue it was and how fun the party was. Best part—I did not have to worry about clean up! I just made sure to take home my belongings and any decorations I had created. I am extremely thankful to MCPR and the staff that made my experience a positive one.

We hosted our daughter’s first birthday here and it was great! Myra & her husband are so nice and she’s very accommodating with anything and everything. It felt like they were family vs the owners. Everyone loved the space & decor we got done. It’s a good amount of space to have everything you want in one place. The best part is the space is new, not outdated and very clean. I would definitely come back to host another event. Thank you Myra & Luis!

We don't have anything but positive things to say about this venue! From the cleanliness, the set up, capacity of up to 150 people. We had Mayra as our day-of coordinator, but her communication from the beginning was top notch. She was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and she would always respond promptly. We can't thank her & her husband enough for helping my sons big day go exactly as planned. Most of all, we appreciate that her team was professional, organized, super accommodating, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. I most definitely would throw another party here. 🥰

I just had my wedding here and the owner was absolutely helpful. I had booked a year an advance and she answered all my questions along the way. I love that she gave me the chance to decorate and gave me plenty of time as well. Not only did she give me time but she also helped the day of as well. Amazing!!! Great service from beginning to end. From Day one nothing but exceptional. Clean , beautiful, organized, accommodating. All my guest where please and definitely will do more party’s there . Made my daughters day incredible and so special. Capacity for 150 , security was on time . Mayra and her husband help us all the way. Our quincenera went as plan with there help. Had two live bands and no issue with all process

Mayra is the best, she made the planning process easy. I am happy with the services she provided. The venue is beautiful! It is clean and spacious. They setup before with beautiful tablecloths and chairs. And, they pickup after the party. Not having to worry about setting up before and cleaning after made it stress free for me! The kitchen has eveything you need. I had guests complementing the venue. I would definitely book another event here again.
