Very nice RV park, not a lot of frills but all the basics are there. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms and the laundry facilities. The spots are really nice and wide and deep enough for my 33 ft trailer and my truck.
The staff there is friendly and courteous and helped us out with parking and recommendations for dining. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Joanne and Robert are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to help us on short notice and make sure that we found our way in and we were able to park easily despite arriving after the office had closed. We have stayed there before on our way through Kingman. They're just a little bit off the beaten track very reasonably priced. We didn't check out any in the amenities. It's basically a big gravel parking lot with full hookups. Great value for the money.

They take checks and cash only. And if you use any tank additives with formaldehyde they ask you not to dump there. We use Happy Camper so that wasn't a problem for us.

There's a Maverick gas station just across the street.

Nice RV park, everything is clean & orderly. Lots of longtime residents, but they keep their spots well kept. The highway noise is loud, but if you're inside with the AC running, (which is the norm in the desert!) you can't hear it 🙂

Just visiting a friend who lives in the Park. Very very clean park. Not much shade. Mostly gravel. Very friendly people live there that I met. Laundry room and excellent shower/toilets. Super clean! These are for those who are staying there. It was a nice visit for sure. Sherry 🙂

This park is really quite nice. It is a deset park and there is little shade for the spots on the inner circle but not hard to make your own shade. Gravel pads are pretty level. Pads are nice and big! People are great! Close to the highway and easy access.

Senior RV Park, very clean and orderly. 6 free toilet and shower rooms with clean low priced laundry room, pets allowed within reason. Reasonable rent including water. Mail and packages delivered in office. Big game and entertainment room w/ pool table. Large open field nearby to walk pets, etc. Maverick fuel stop and Health clinic 2 minute walk.

This park is a very good bang for the $$. WiFi available in office area for 20 min a day. Bath/shower rooms clean and modern. Nice laundry. The staff is friendly and helpful. The long term patrons are friendly. We extended our stay here

This park was nicely set up and.clean. Shower/rest rooms were roomy and designed well.

Two major issues. They do not take credit cards. It's 2019. A lot of people don't carry cash.

Rest rooms/showers are closed from 8 pm to 8 am. Then we see you aren't allowed to use chemicals in you black water tank. Where do expect you to use the rest room. I played for a full hook-up not to stay in a smelly camper.
