Called to see if someone could help me book a Disney Resort vacation in Hilton Head. Spoke to Mia who was great at first, and promptly found that they were already booked. We talked about some alternative places for an ocean vacation and she said she would look at some places and get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I was told she was their Disney expert so feel like once Disney was off the table she just dropped the ball instead of passing me off to someone else or just letting me know this wasn't her wheelhouse.

Bernice at Huntley Travel is literally the BEST in the industry! She has flawlessly assisted us at Expert Roofing plan our company vacation for over 5 years running. There is absolutely no higher level of personal touch and customer service. The hard work and dedication that goes into planning a trip every year for such a large group (over 40) is astounding, and she does it with a smile on her face year after year! We cannot express how thankful we are for all of her hard work and the hard work of her staff to pull off amazing trips for us each time. In the beginning of each year, different ideas and options are presented, costs and budgets are discussed and decisions are made.
