Upon visiting LA Fitness, there was no staff at the front desk to greet my cousin and I, we waited about five minutes before anyone assisted us. When we expressed interest in the gym after signing up for a 3-day pass, both the manager and newly promoted assistant manager showed little enthusiasm in welcoming us. The assistant manager sat us down at his desk without explaining what was happening, and I had to ask for clarification. He then informed us that he was activating our passes.

We inquired about a military discount, and the assistant manager initially claimed there was one to persuade us to sign up for a membership. However, after calling over the manager, we learned that no actual military discount exists, just a general "special" discount available to everyone. This felt misleading and disingenuous.

Once our passes were activated, no one offered a tour of the facility or provided any information about the amenities. The gym itself was poorly maintained, the hot tub had chlorine settled at the bottom, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The lack of professionalism and upkeep made for a very unpleasant experience.

Would not recommend.

We are Bally total fitness member and LA fitness took over we are 15 years la fitness member. Due to family issues have to go out of country 2021 we are out of country still paid whole year payments from my credit card and 2022 card was expired we explained them we called corporate and they are saying we have to pay a$100 enrollment. $39 each. $79 for both so they don’t have a value for old customers. They are saying today we have to pay $100 and first and last month payments…we are already LA fitness customers why we need to pay enrollment fees 😳 they lost two customers today

If the gym was much cleaner I would give 4 starts and if staff would start cleaning up weights off from the floors especially before closing I would give 5 stars. Many times you come in the morning and gym looks like a tornado came thru, and the floors are so dusty and nasty I don’t even know when was the last time it was mopped

Every damn machine is broken. SUPER outdated machines, rust all over them. I can never use the stair stepper machines because 3 out of 5 of them are always broken… You guys have a bunch on members you can definitely afford to get new machines.

Wanted to sign up for four 1 on 1 training sessions and was speaking with one of the female trainers. She had told me that if I buy 2 sessions, I would get 2 sessions for free. I confirmed I was interested in doing that, and I ended up getting charged for all 4 sessions. She was not interested in taking responsibility for scamming me or changing the details of the contract without showing me right then and there.

I just visited this location first time. I had one reference and she came to join but she wanted to have 3 days visit first , they directed her to start the membership instead of issuing visiter pass. Plus female here she was unprofessional and rude.
See the photo I attached, even tho she is forcing how rude she is,
shame on LA fitness if you not approach her to behave professional with clients

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go across to planet. They will lie to get you to join. And when you’re unhappy they don’t care. The girls at the front are air headed and never know what’s going on. Some yaya girl has a big mouth and she was Lucky my kids were with me. When you complain they don’t care to fix it. Worse management I’ve came across
