We had the opportunity to work with Storybook Weddings as a wedding photographer! We got to work with Lisa who is not only an amazing wedding planner but also a wonderful woman as well! She made sure that we were all running right on time with the schedule while still being flexible for things that were important for the couple. The design of the space could not have been more beautiful and she even helped incorporate a STUNNING bar area that created an amazing experience for the guests. Lisa was fun, easy-going but so professional throughout the day. We recommend Storybook to all of our couples! Don't hesitate to book them!

Lisa with Storybook exceeded all of my expectations planning our wedding! I look back over the course of the year it took to plan and NEVER could have done it without her. She is an absolute professional and never missed any detail. She is extremely organized and sent me weekly checklists to keep our planning on track. I never had any doubt, as I knew “Lisa was taking care of it”. She introduced me to our rockstar vendors and truly made my wedding vision come to life.
I would say I was more of a “relaxed” bride with decisions. I had an idea of what I wanted our wedding day to look like and somehow Lisa knew what my vision was from my vague descriptions and literally made it come to life. Every single detail of our special day was just how we envisioned it, and even better! Lisa really made sure we were happy with every aspect of our wedding. Lisa knew my vision so well, that even when I was unsure, she would suggest something which was exactly what I was looking for. Every single step from start to finish, she was completely engaged with all the planning. She always kept us on track in a timely manner and made sure we did not feel overwhelmed. If you are engaged and planning a wedding, Do yourself the biggest favor and book Lisa from Storybook weddings before you do anything else!!! It was the best decision my husband and and I made when we began to plan our wedding! We are still talked about how finding Lisa was the biggest blessing!
My husband and I got married on November 2, 2019 in Chicago and Lisa made our fairytale wedding dreams come to life. Every moment was so beautifully orchestrated so that my husband and I were able to be guests at our wedding and be completely immersed and present our whole day.
I knew as soon as I met with Lisa that I wanted to book her and work with her! I felt at ease and comfortable right away. She was able to capture my vision flawlessly. I would look to her for all her suggestions and input! Lisa was with us every single step of the way. I was able to enjoy the planning process without the stress.
She organized every single detail that goes into the wedding. She organized meeting with vendors that met our needs and aesthetic. she attended all of our meetings and helped ensure we asked the right questions, she helped negotiate contracts and, kept us in track with our weekly to-dos.

Lisa was also in touch regularly along our planning journey and no question was too big or too small for her. She made us feel as though we were her only couple.
I am so overjoyed that our whole planning process was such a pleasure and enjoyable experience thanks to her. I was constantly being told what a relaxed bride I was, and it was true!
Our wedding day came to life seamlessly, and we didn’t miss a single moment. We are still reliving our day and can’t say enough wonderful things to do Lisa and her talents Justice! She is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Storybook! Our goal as a couple from the beginning was to choose vendors we really hit it off with. After interviewing several wedding planners, we met Lisa. The initial meeting was when my husband found out he had mutual friends with Lisa and when we decided that it was a perfect match. Lisa is incredible at what she does while juggling many other projects. With that being said, we never felt we were a burden or she was too busy to answer any questions we had. We had SEVERAL moments where we were in over our heads and Lisa was quick to pick up the phone and help us navigate through every detail. She was able to suggest other vendors we were in search of and dining options to fit our every need. She's professional, responsive, kind, understanding and most importantly, GETS IT DONE.

Erin, one of the other planners on the Storybook team was part of our Wedding Day as well and she couldn't have been more a DREAM. She was quite literally at my side for the entire day until I walked down the aisle. Let me also mention we had 6 flower girls that were running around in excitement and Erin handled the chaos with such compassion & grace. She is professional, organized, empathetic & completely ON IT. She provided me with everything I needed and had forgotten in the few remaining hours before the wedding almost instantaneously while easing my mind until the doors opened.

Our wedding would not have been the same without Storybook. I honestly don't know how we would have pulled it off without these women. We had 16 people in our bridal party, 6 flower girls, 3 ring bearers, our ceremony musicians cancelled 3 days before our wedding, I had blisters the size of my toes the morning of the wedding. I could go on and on about my worries.... but it all ended up PERFECT because of Lisa and Erin. Throughout the process, I never had a doubt in my mind that it would be perfect, but I'm here to tell you that these ladies pulled it off to be more than I could have ever hoped for without a hitch. It was an absolute pleasure working with them!

When my husband and I started to think about a destination wedding, Italy was the first place that came to mind. But we knew we couldn't do it on our own. The language barrier alone was going to make it difficult and when you google Italian destination weddings, you get back thousands of pages and every venue sounds better than the next. So we knew we would need help. A friend recommended Storybook weddings, specifically Lisa because they were beginning to plan Italian weddings. We met with Lisa and discussed our vision and most importantly, our budget and she assured us that we could have the wedding of our dreams- and we did. It was even better than we could have ever expected. The planning process was seamless- we got weekly updates including what had been checked off and what was on Lisa's to do list and ours. Lisa was professional, thorough and detail oriented. Without her, we couldn't have pulled this off. From the vendors to the venue itself, she was the contact and it took all the pressure off of us. It helps that she speaks fluent Italian!
While abroad, Lisa was with us and made sure everything ran smoothly the days leading up to the wedding and the day of. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our time in southern Italy with 30 of our closest family and friends without stress. The wedding was everything we had envisioned and more. I can't recommend Lisa and Storybook Weddings enough!

Where do I even begin to thank Storybook Weddings, especially Lisa. From the moment I met Lisa, I knew I needed to work with her because she understood my vision before I even did! Lisa made the planning process easy, seamless, and fun. From negotiating contracts, to getting me in touch with the best vendors in the city, Lisa made sure every single detail was everything I wanted and more. During the planning process, Lisa coordinated visits with all the vendors we worked with and made sure all my vendors were all on the same page and knew the vision for the wedding day. Nicole was an amazing asset to our wedding planning experience. We met with her originally for a day-of coordination package, but quickly realized how beneficial and cost-effective her partial package would be for planning our wedding. She was always a trusted advisor, even when it came to recommendations for pieces of our wedding that she was not responsible for during the early days in our planning. She was always attentive and very organized when it came to every detail of our planning.
