We have used Jetway travel for most of our vacations. This year we used Jetway for our wedding! Linda, was on top of everything, I didn't have to become a bridezilla and worry about everything. She handled it all, including transportation to and from the airport. Arranged payment options and dealt with all of our guests. I could not be happier with our choice of travel agent. She was a huge part of our Dream Wedding in Cancun Riviera Maya. Booked a 5 star all inclusive hotel and made our dream a reality. Thank you Linda and Jetway travel for everything you did! We booked our Alaskan cruise with Annette Salem through Jetway and had an unforgettable trip. They helped throughout the entire process from Cruise selection, shore excursions, airfare, and all the various bits of connecting transportation that was needed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the personal touch of a Thank You bottle of wine in our room and the Anniversary song and cake at the formal dinner.

We enjoyed the smaller and more personal shore excursions that Jetway offered. We loved the itinerary for the land cruise portion of our trip and shared it with other cruise families at their request!

Jetway World Travel is my Go-To agency. They have booked my trips to Italy, Bahamas, New Orleans, Jamaica, Greece, and Las Vegas (just to name a few). I have never had a problem with their transportation options or hospitality recommendations. The agents at Jetway always make sure that we have a smooth travel experience and are very easy to get a hold of if anything goes not according to plan.

My friends and I have started using Jetway when traveling in large groups. It has made our travel so much easier and less stressful! They work hard to track down the best packages and the best prices. I always feel very taken care of and trust their judgement. We have a trip scheduled in December to Cabo San Lucas. Jetway found my group an affordable package at a very lovely all-inclusive resort. Thank you, Jetway World Travel!

I will never do business with Jetway again. My friend was having a wedding and he decided to use Jetway travel agents for this international destination wedding. We had target dates to pay portions towards the total (all which I paid on time). Between payments #2 and #3 I was given the same total which I had to pull up receipts to verify I paid (keep receipts). Upon getting to the resort my friend was not granted the room he paid for (balcony jacuzzi suite). My room(cheaper) ended up being bigger than his. But upon my travels I was not granted my TSA precheck although my loyalty information was given to the travel agent in which the airline said that was not true. Also I asked multiple times about my girlfriend and I sitting next to each other on the plane. This was an issue because we were sitting very far apart on a two segment return flight (first flight 4 hours 30 mins, second flight 2 hours). If I knew this was going to be a lie I would have booked our flights separately from Jetway. We paid Jetway World Travel a total of about $3500 for this vacation and besides the wedding this was a total travel catastrophe. Overall I will NEVER conduct business with Jetway AGAIN.
