Looks unappealing from the outside. But the room was very clean and newly remodeled. The front desk service was decent, the lady was nice, however she was on a private phone call the entire time.

First room was clearly not cleaned or at least hadn't been rented in a while.
The bugs, dirt, and cobwebs were the first thing to greet you... When we filled the hot tub, it had someone else's hair floating around... so decided to take a shower instead... there were at least 2 red wasps in the shower. (I am very allergic).
We spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to dry it up... the towel went from white to black.
So, I walked down to the lobby and asked for another room. It took a little while but were moved across the hall to one that was cleaner. No offer or apology given besides the one from the desk clerk.

Beware, there are bed bugs at this location and do not clean the entire floor rather the offending room only.

Bed bugs get in the walls and they can spread to the entire floor and to the adjoining floors. This place is does not receive proper cleaning for a traveler to trust this location.

I was eaten alive by bed bugs here and received a refund. There are prior reviews pointing to bed bugs that I should have read.

Probably my worst experience at a hotel.

Ended up throwing away my clothes and luggage.

Room was filthy. Bathroom wall looked like someone peed on them and it ran all down the wall. Something splattered all the way up the wall to the ceiling. Floors were nasty. There was a cigarette butt in the sink. I wish I could upload the pictures to this review, a $20 credit is all that was offered because it wasn't complained about in the middle of the night when it was noticed, after the kids already fell asleep. 0/10 do NOT recommend unless you wanna have your home bombed for bugs after.

Could tell they have done updating in our room. We try to avoid carpeting (asthma) and this had laminate hardwood flooring. The place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom updated nicely. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Great hot breakfast. We asked to see a room before deciding to stay here. It was very nice stay!

Rooms are neat and clean. NOT fancy. Microwave, minifrige, large flat screen tv, and internet. Could use better lighting and a better exhaust in the bathroom. Breakfast is coffee, toast, and cold cereal. Chose it for close highway access and price.

We found this hotel it was perfect for our price range. After driving all day we had to stop and sleep. Check in was easy and he was very polite. Checked into 109 The rooms was perfect nice and cozy not what I expected from an older hotel. Very clean room bed was comfortable. Checked sheets very clean and fresh Bathroom was super clean. As an executive housekeeper (HHK) from a different property in Texas, I was very impressed 👍 Shower nice and warm, and breakfast was simple and good 👍now we're rested and ready to head back Home to Texas ❤️ We'll definitely stay again...😊 See y'all next time 👋

We made reservations for April 7, 2024 an entire year in advance, with a cancellation policy that was free cancellation by April 6. We got a call on April 2 that we had to either pay the entire amount or cancel that day, April 2. They completely disregarded their cancellation policy of free cancellation by April 6. There was no answer when we asked how they could disregard their confirmed written cancellation policy. They just were disregarding it. Either pay up now on the phone April 2 or lose the reservation. So we cancelled. They cannot be trusted.
