Changed my return day and was told everything was taken care of. At the airport they said this agency didn't do what was needed in order to have this new day changed and booked correctly. I was allowed on due to the airline supervisor. I ONLY made it because I was early and had time to fix this at the airport.

If I can give this place a -1, I would have. We booked tickets with Luis for Italy, NEVER again! Our flight back was not completed we had to pay extra online to complete our flight. When we reached out to Luis, his email would not accept any emails. And when we finally got a hold of him via phone, his response was “ there’s nothing I can do” That is not a good thing to hear when you are out of the country! This place does not care about their customers. Do not use this place, you are better off booking by yourself online.

Everyone who works here is amazing they have excellent customer service! My Travel agent is Luis. I searched online and after being so disappointed with the routes and pricing, I reached out to Luis and he accommodated me with the best price and the best route. I had a problem at the airport (passport issues)and was unable to fly out on my original travel date. So I called them because at the airport they were so not helpful. This is why it's good to reach out to professionals it's what they dedicate themselves too they know and have access to information that we don't. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

The lady that answered the phone had the worst attitude ever i called for pricing and i was curious as to why it was cheaper online and she said “well go buy them over there” i told her she didnt have to be rude in no way was i disrespectful towards her she laughed and continued with her smart remarks totally ignorant didnt even give me options nor addressed my questions, and reading all these reviews maybe i just had bad luck and spoke to the worst one

Called to get prices. Dude was reluctant to help me because I was "looking" for prices. And I quote, "I don't want to do any work if you are not going to buy from me." He was a bit belligerent. I am planning to trip to Paris, and clearly told him I wanted to stay as close to the Eiffel tower as possible. A few minutes later he replied with, "I don't want to give you a price of you don't know where you want to stay." Near the Eiffel tower idiot! In an industry that's almost dead, I can't imagine he had many things to do. He agreed to call me back after 15 mins with prices. Needless to say, I did not hear back from him.
