We needed a storage in the local area - we needed to downsize our living arrangements due to increased prices in housing, we looked all over and by recommendation from my uncle, he told us to try this storage company. It was very reasonably priced compared to others nearby, great location from where we needed to be and customer service has always been nice and courteous to us.
When we got to the storage unit to begin storing our items, I was pleasantly surprised to see a welcome gift bag waiting for us... It had a little note, a box cutter, and a lock... All items we forgot and needed ? - - - so thank you! For being so considerate, supportive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone else in need.

I’ve had a locker at this facility since 2019 and I’ve NEVER had a problem. I’ve also used their other facility at White Mountain Lake! Both Facilities are well kept and safe. Always had good customer service as well. Keep up the great work!

I love my storage unit at Joe City Storage. It’s clean, easily accessible and new. I don’t have worry it leaking. It’s great and roomy. The staff is great to talk to as well.
