I wound not recommend dealing with this busisness. They are not honest and wont take good care of their customers. Back in 2015 we bought tickets from them for a trip in Feb/2016, they sent us tickets with documents clearly mentioned 2 luggages / each passenger (we knew it because we have already talked on the phone before we buy). On the travel day, we brought 2pc/each to check in and they charged us $200 for each 2nd luggage. I have called and spoke with the airline representative, the lady said only 1 luggage each allowed, have to pay for 2nd one. Getting close to the boarding time, the baby was crying so bad, we had a hard time, very tired and stressful. Mrs Thao Nguyen from Dakao Travel told me just pay for it and she will get it back for me. After 6 months of waiting, now she got back to me that we brought 3 luggages/ each, that was why we had to pay for the 3rd. Wow...Can't believe it. Dealing with this business, you on your own risk. Good luck !!!

I found this travel agency place on google and I came to do my visa for Vietnam the person help me was chi Hoa. She was very nice and helpful did the visa for me and it was pretty fast I got it within 3-4days. I will so recommend people I know to go here when they need to travel somewhere.
