Our company had excellent service from Swift! We needed an expedited passport and a couple of expedited Visas, in a very short period of time. Jessica, Andre', and the rest of the staff, were amazing to work with. They answered all of my questions in a very kind and professional manner, reviewed documents and helped us with changes, and made sure we always knew how the process was progressing. Using Swift Visa Services was a great experience and took away a lot of stress when planning for my China trip. I had a few extra steps since I was not born in the US and I was applying for a student visa, so I had more than a few questions. Each time I reached out, I received a clear answer quickly and the over all process took less than two weeks from the time I sent my documents in. Getting a Visa for travel to China is a complicated process and Swift made it much less stressful. They were able to help me quickly turn around the visa application process and their customer support was very quick to respond to the questions that I had with detailed information.

There was a minor hiccup with my application because I filled out a section incorrectly, and Swift helped me get the right information to the Embassy quickly such that it didn't delay my application. Without there help this would have been much more difficult.

I was recommended Swift Passport Services by a good friend to get a new passport issued in a quick, efficient manner and this place did not disappoint! I had an expiring passport and an upcoming trip planned to London. The folks at Swift handled all of the details and were able to get me my new passport within a 10 day time frame. I did have to submit my old passport, but don’t worry I got it back! And I did have to fill out simple forms on their website. This too was easy.
