We had our dream wedding at Acquaviva this past August! From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding, and it exceeded all of our expectations.
The beauty of Acquaviva is simply breathtaking. The staff were incredible—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. And let’s talk about the food! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was.

We had a slightly large group go for a tour and tasting. We didn't realize that the tasting was done on the tour but we loved it! Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable and we loved him. The wine was all great and after our tasting we were able to sit at a table and order a couple bottles of wine as well as some delicious appetizers. The building and decorations are beautiful and I can see why some would want to get married there.

Best winery and Italian food in the state hands down! The sauces are made with love and have an elevated taste. Best seafood you'll get in the area too! This location is breath taking and is a must-see when in the northwest suburbs!

It is truly a unique venue for weddings. You have everything you need to enjoy your own wedding. Everything is in one place in beautiful nature. Really all recommendations

Amending my review, reduced from 5- star to 3. Tried to eat here on Sat. 11/30/24 -- about 3pm, but it was "closed for an event." Not a car in the lot. Just closed. This is more of a banquet hall.

Original review -- Great wine, food, service, and ambience. We enjoyed seeing the grape vines, of which we were partaking (wines). I had the Rotolo Primavera, it's like a lasagna rolled up. For dessert, tiramisu was yummy.

This is an amazing place to go for wine tasting and a meal, and I would imagine even more amazing for hosting an event. We went for a tasting and dinner. You get to sample 6 of their wines for a tasting. Their white wines are some of the best around - not too sweet but also full of flavor. Their sangria was also surprisingly complex without being overly sweet. As far as food goes, all their pizzas and pasta are homemade and absolutely fantastic. Since they are only open Fri - Sun, their specials are super fresh and delicious. We had crab stuffed flounder and lobster ravioli (those were the daily specials) and also shared a pizza for an app. The staff is all very courteous and friendly, and Paul at the bar is super knowledgeable about wine as well as the history of the place. He also tells great jokes!

Love the food! The spaces are beautiful. This time, we ate outside. The weather was great. The wine, which they make from their Vinyard, is wonderful. We took our granddaughter a foodie, and she enjoyed it too!

We had a really lovely evening at Acquaviva! I’ve been here for a wedding before but didn’t realize they also operate as a restaurant on some evenings. The food and wine were fantastic and our service was excellent. We will definitely be back soon
