I want to share my appreciation for the excellent service from this company. As the owner of a coin laundry in Chicago, I bought a drink vending machine from them about a year ago. Despite some malfunctions, their response was fantastic. They visited our site multiple times to fix the issues and didn’t charge for the repairs, admitting to an error from a previous visit.

Their after-sales service is impressive, and I’m very satisfied. I’ll definitely consider purchasing more machines from them in the future. It’s rare to find a company so committed to service. For commercial buyers, their dedication to customer support sets them apart.

Called to have a snack machine serviced. It’s an older snack machine. The mechanic called me and said he put in a bill
Acceptor. I asked him how much he said wasn’t sure off the top of his head but he would put the ticket in and let someone would let me know. I got a charge on my card for 290.00!! On top of the 160 I paid for mechanic to go look at the machine. My snack machines are older ones. I have never paid more than 100 dollars for a bill acceptor! I do not understand why they wouldn’t contact you before the part and let you know how much! I would have definitely went else where. I don’t no why they would have put a new dollar acceptor in an old machine! My old mechanic always used refurbished parts! I’m so angry!! 460 dollars to fix a machine that was probably worth 500 dollars!!
