Stumbled across this hotel because our regular hotel was booked. By far the best hotel value in Peoria. Includes a happy hour w/free drinks and free breakfast. Hotel is older but very clean and no smells. ||This will now be our regular hotel when we visit family. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

As a healthcare IT consultant, I've had the opportunity to travel extensively over the years, staying in many hotels across different states. Over the past few months, I've been visiting Peoria for business and have stayed at several motels, often facing issues with cleanliness and odors—something I'm particularly sensitive to.

Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, as the reviews on both Google and our corporate website were mixed. However, some recent feedback seemed promising, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did!

From the moment I arrived, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are spotless, and the staff goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They consistently check in to ensure I have everything I need, greet me by name, and ensure I'm well taken care of, especially during breakfast.

Every team member—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—has been exceptional. Their genuine care and attention to detail make all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

I picked this property because they offered free parking and free airport shuttle. Well they do BUT it only operates certain hours. So if you have an early or late flight, the shuttle does not operate before 7 AM. So if your flight is before 8:15 AM and you need or want the shuttle this property is not for you. When making the reservation the website states free airport shuttle. As of this posting the picture show this. No disclaimer about limited hours. Also a picture shows the same statement when I logged on the wifi at the property. I had a 5 AM flight on American Airlines. The lady at the desk was apologetic and very nice and offered alternative cab services to get me to the airport at my expense. I checked Uber and it would be $64 before tip, Lyft was not available. I’m certain this has been an o going issue at this property because there were 2 cab companies cards prominently displayed right ON the check in counter. So my partner had to get up at 3 AM to take me. The hotel otherwise was clean and the rate was comparable to other hotels close by.

It is clean, comfortable and staff were polite. Not a lot of information given at check-in. There are cookies, but no one pointed that out. Breakfast is fairly nice, with a variety of options. However, I would like to see some gluten free options, in this day and age. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Room was very nice, both room and common areas were extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Staff was wonderful and accommodated us I every way. Kristina and the whole frond desk staff were fantastic. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone and the tables and eating area were spotlessly maintained.

Great location, great service, and the room was really nice. We enjoyed the Manager's Reception before heading across the street for dinner. There were so many options at breakfast it was almost hard to choose. They really know how to take care of their guests. It's very close to shopping, theaters and places to eat. We'd definitely stay here again.

Kristina was the best!!! She helped set up a great shuttle experience for my mother! We will be back in the future to visit family! The hotel facilities were so clean and awesome. The staff has been so friendly and the pool was so wonderful to swim in!
