The rooms are void of microwave and mini fridge. There was urine on the bottom of the toilet and floor. Cob webs on the ceiling and the carpeting behind a chair along the baseboard looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. The front lobby mats hadn’t been cleaned for quite sometime. The staff was pleasant especially the lady in charge of breakfast. She was constantly cleaning and the breakfast was tasty and hot. She mentioned she had been there for 20 years. Doesn’t seem like ownership wants to put any money into this older hotel. If you can find a hotel near by, skip this place.

If I hadn't arrived late in the day and been so tired, I would have complained, checked out, and gone elsewhere. ||What this hotel can do to be better: |The facility smells like a hotel that used to allow smoking and never remodeled -or- so many people come back from the nearby casino stinking like smoke and the scent permeates the building. The bed in the room in which I stayed was hard as a rock and made unnerving popping sounds when I'd move around on it. Sheets and blankets were not soft and pillows deflated quickly. The wi-fi is bad, even for a Hampton, and I couldn't do any meaningful work because I could just barely get a single file uploaded before the slow wi-fi would kick me off. ||What this hotel can't change but you, the traveler, should know:|The road into the hotel is long and winds out of the way by the casino. This makes it annoying to come and go. The hotel also has a lot of trash and brush around/behind it, which is probably not their fault. The lobby and breakfast area are small. there's water damage and peeling wallpaper *everywhere*||Essentially, this hotel is an overflow for the casino hotel and there's no other reason to ever consider it. The only reason I selected it was due to its proximity to where I was going to be and I realize now that driving an extra few miles to a decent hotel would have made a major difference for my time in the city.

Room smelled clean. Things weren't wiped down (desk had stuff on the edges on the top, drink rings on the things in front of the sofa bed). Very grateful for the sofa bed. I am alone in my room and the king mattress feels like you're laying on boards. Badly needs better mattresses than something less than 10 inches thick. Every movement resulted in sounding like you were walking on a wooden floor. And yes I measured the mattress.

I was able to check in with the Hilton app. Everything was set up to go from my car to my room with no problems. They're very organized, clean, and very friendly. Breakfast was bountiful and fresh. The desk and breakfast team were genuine and helpful. Most impressed every part of the app worked here and several other places there have been problems.

We stayed Christmas Eve through the 26th. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. The hotel is not as updated as the others we have stayed at, but still nice. I will say their coffee is much better!

Very underwhelming hotel experience. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, dimly lit and not the cleanest. Not necessarily dirty but didnt look like they were super thorough in cleaning. Just overall felt very uncomfortable. Also the staff wasnt bad but definitely didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome

It has a very vintage looking, beds are pretty comphy. The pool it pretty gross there was dead bugs(mostly lady bugs) in and around the pool. The given towels were small, and the paint in it was chipping. Also this isn't much to go by but the 5 ft zone just gave me the heebie jeebies. The hallways were HOT at least 80-85 degrees.

Great experience with friendly staff, efficient/easy check in/check out at a good price. Room clean however bathroom does not have a fan and noted some mold at wall/ceiling seam. It was busy but my room was very quiet. |Nice hot breakfast with good variety of foods.
