Outstanding Catering Experience with Food For Thought at Loft Lucia!

We had an exceptional experience with Food For Thought at our wedding held at Loft Lucia. Their team knew the venue inside and out, which was a huge advantage for seamless setup and takedown. Everything ran smoothly, and their efficient teamwork was evident throughout the day.

The custom buffet menu we designed was a delightful mix of Asian and American cuisine, and Food For Thought executed it perfectly. From our initial tasting to the final presentation, they were incredibly receptive to our feedback, making adjustments that truly enhanced the flavors for our second tasting.

A special highlight was the condiments station we had set up, which allowed our guests to add their personal touch to their meals. It added an interactive and fun element that everyone enjoyed.

A big shoutout to John, who was with us throughout the entire process—from planning to tasting to execution. His dedication and attention to detail were instrumental in making everything come together flawlessly.

Lauren and Annie were phenomenal!

This was the first Gala our nonprofit put together, and I doubt I could have been as successful without the Food for Thought team. I can't recommend them enough!

FFT's always got my back! It was love at first bite when I tried their pesto pasta salad, and I've kept coming back to try more delicious options! From small team drop-off menus, to all-day staffed spreads for 100+ people with various dietary needs, Food For Thought can truly do it all. Highlights have included a taco bar with N/A sangria, a baked potato bar, and the tastiest breakfast sandwiches (including a breakfast calzone!?). Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed - Becky and Gaby are the best!

I cannot possibly sing the praises of this team enough. These guys are professional, kind, easy going, fun and amazing. They executed our wedding day menu perfectly and the food was unreal! I've used FFT for two events now, one smaller drop off and one full day conference event and I can't say enough good things about them. The food is amazing and service was spectacular. Diana, our account manager was my rock throughout all the planning process, we encountered a few challenges with one of our events and I don't know that I could have executed the event as well as I did without her support. We worked with Food for Thought for our wedding at Theater on the Lake and they were fabulous. They are super familiar with the space and gave great advice throughout the planning process. We really wanted to do a family style meal for ~180 people and Lorena and her team made it happen. They created a menu that was exactly what we were looking for and the guests raved about it. From the initial contact to the day-of, Lorena was amazing to work with. She was super responsive, detail-oriented, took our feedback and created an event that fulfilled all of our dreams. We cannot recommend Food for Thought and Lorena more highly!

We absolutely loved working with Food for Thought for our wedding at Adler Planetarium. We worked with Diana over the course of one year to plan our wedding. Diana is clearly exceptional at her job. She was incredibly communicative, takes the time to truly get to know the couples she is working with and their vision, and is thoughtful in her approach. Our family often commented on how great Diana was during our planning process (tasting, walk-through, etc.). On our wedding day, things ran perfectly.

In addition to the wedding planning and execution, Food for Thought has excellent food! We loved nearly everything we ate at our tasting. On our wedding day, the food was perfect and we received so many compliments from guests. The FFT staff was also incredibly professional and impeccable in their services throughout the night of our wedding.

We feel so lucky and fortunate to have worked with Diana and FFT. They truly made our wedding incredible.
