As an Event planner I have worked on several events with Ace Chicago Events. They are highly professional
Their work is very high end and clean cut.
They come on time to set up and get ready for the event. Their equipment is high end and very up to date.
I have hired them for lighting, Audio and Video equipment, sparklers, photo booth.
I like the fact they are one stop company for all needs for Lighting and AV. Yoni & Ewa are a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend Ace Chicago Events for all your AV and lighting needs for events.

Ace Chicago Events helped us with an incredible disco ball for our recent holiday party and fundraiser. Not only were they the nicest and easiest people to work with but the ball was SO WONDERFUL and truly was the icing on the cake for the party - it came with lights so it looked incredible and really set the vibe. The rest of the room was lovely but would have felt lacking without this awesome addition! They handled all set up and break down seamlessly, perfectly on time and entirely professional the whole way through. Would highly recommend for any party - these folks are the best!!

We have worked with Yoni and ACE Chicago for two, soon to be three, in-person corporate meetings where we need to live stream the meeting via Zoom for virtual attendees, as well as have a produced recording for those that are unable to attend at all.

Yoni is communicative, punctual, incredibly on point and professional, and we have had no issues during the meetings with connectivity, etc. Their rates are fair and deliverables outstanding. We will continue to work with Yoni (have already booked for this summer) and hope he's available for us every meeting because he makes A/V, which is generally a big pain point, a non-issue for us!

ACE did a wonderful job with the lighting and drapes for our wedding, and we got so many compliments from our guests. I'm a video producer, and more than any other element of the decor, I believe that good lighting is key to creating a warm, inviting ambiance. So, after we decided on our venue, ACE was one of the first vendors we contacted.

We'd never planned a wedding before, so we weren't exactly sure what we would need, nor how much it would cost, but Yoni and Ewa immediately put us at ease. Right away, Yoni met us to do a walkthrough of the venue, and they were able to execute exactly what we wanted, and also made some very helpful suggestions while staying right within our budget. It was all very affordable, and they provided excellent service from our initial call, to answering all of our many questions along the way, and very efficiently setting up and tearing down on the day of the event.

For our ceremony backdrop, I asked them to hang a 10' wide macrame curtain, but it was so big, I had to keep it in a box for several months until I passed it off to the team at ACE a couple of weeks before the event. Luckily, Ewa did some research to make sure the macrame wouldn't get too wrinkled/tangled before they suspended it. When I finally got to see everything put together at the ceremony/reception, it was even more beautiful than I'd imagined. I'm still waiting on our photos from the photographer, but once I get them, I'll need to post them here to demonstrate what a lovely job they did.

We used Ace Chicago Events for a Photo Booth for our family reunion and it was a hit! Great pics, fun back ground, gifs, it really added an extra fun element to our day. It was easy to get the pics digitally sent to our phones, and easy to go back and re-send when my cousin forgot her phone number and sent her pic to a stranger (there was drinking). Ace designed our photo frame, they were so nice and communicative. I will cherish these pics forever!
