Everything was easy and a convenient process. So organized and Decore stuff looked great in photos.

The owner, Jiyoung was also so helpful and did a video call with me just to make sure I get the hanbok I needed.

OhHappyDay! They were awesome. We did the Paebaek after our wedding ceremony and before the reception and the timing was great! Jiyoung and Helen were both professional and outstanding! Everyone at the wedding said that this was a highlight of the whole wedding day! Everything went smoothly and lots of information was given to the guests as the ceremony progressed. Fun for all!

Wow. Where do I even begin. We enlisted the party decor services of Oh Happy Day Chicago for my son's Dol (Korean first birthday party). I had no vision, no color preference, no idea where to even start in terms of the party decor (we're talking maybe a couple pics I thought were cute off Google images as a starting point). So I gave all my trust to Ji Young and Sue, and it would be an understatement to say they knocked it out of the park. From the inception of planning, all through the set up of the event & breakdown, it was everything I could have imagined and more. Oh Happy Day Events has been such an important and wonderful part of my wedding experience!

I first came upon Jiyoung and Oh Happy Day Events when I was frantically searching for a hanbok for my fall wedding with only two weeks left (I definitely do not advise doing this on such short notice, and I think I got lucky since I was having a small ceremony on a weekday). I was extremely fortunate to find this small business near Chicago that rents out hanbok and matching accessories.

Ever since my first contact with Jiyoung, she has been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. When I came in for my first appointment, I was blown away by the variety of choices available. The hanbok ranged from traditional to modern in many different colors that you can mix and match, and they were beautiful and in great condition.

Jiyoung was very helpful in choosing my wedding hanbok and patiently answered all my questions. It was easy to communicate with her when coordinating pick-up and drop-off before and after the ceremony. I was able to choose a hanbok for myself and my mother to wear, and it was a dream come true! I highly recommend Oh Happy Day to anyone, especially for those who'd like to honor their heritage on their wedding day.
