Best cabin experience I’ve had since I moved to AZ from the Midwest!

Steve’s cabin on Cibola Ovi was a really nice treat for my family. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, yet you’re nestled into a beautiful pine forest.

We came here to see the fall leaves in Locket Meadows and do a few local hikes and took the family to Flagstaff Extreme to go zip lining and try our hands at the obstacle course!

Such a great area to stay. The house is a great two story home where the adults stayed upstairs and kids were downstairs.

The house has a large main deck overlooking a wooded valley. It’s so peaceful. The wildlife is all around you.

We did not have an electric vehicle but we did see the charging cables for those who do drive Tesla’s in the garage which seems to be a cool addition.

Highly recommend this cabin and I’ll be looking to book it next fall as well.

This home away from home was tucked away in a quiet corner of the woodsy neighborhood convenient to everywhere we needed. Quick 25 min drive for us to get to Little America and 10 min drive to tubing. Every room had a view worth taking in and the inside was the perfect kind of cozy for our family. Household items satisfied all of our needs. We cooked breakfast with a breeze, had separate spaces for fun and relaxing, and all questions were easily answered with the detailed handbook provided. We’re Tesla owners and greatly appreciated the convenience of being able to plug in to charge and store our car in the garage. Steve was an awesome host. Quick to respond and went above and beyond for our family. We celebrated Christmas in his cabin and we left our son’s gift (telescope) in the garage. Steve hand delivered it back to us at our home in Gilbert. It’s people like Steve that renew your trust in community. We will definitely book his cozy cabin again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Flagstaff Rental Cabin. Steve made sure we were comfortable and ready to explore the Flagstaff area. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and there are hiking trails right up the street. We were traveling with our two teenagers and had plenty of room. The house is perfectly appointed, and we especially enjoyed eating our meals out on the large, shady deck. We also enjoyed the large bedrooms. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. We'd recommend this cabin to couples or families, and we will definitely be back.

This cabin is awesome! I spent three days with my family here and we couldn't be happier with the style, location and overall attention to detail that was put into this cabin. I will and already have recommended Steve's cabin to friends and family. My kids had a blast here, they loved the snow and the sledding area within the community. The cabin had everything we wanted. Most of all it felt like home even if it was only for a brief time. 5 Stars all around!

I rented this Cabin the first weekend of January this year. When I first saw the cabin I thought it looked small and thought it couldn't resemble the pictures that I had seen. That was until I walked inside! It had been remodeled and upgraded, the rooms where very large and so are the beds. It was a very comfortable and relaxing environment. We went up with 6 adults and there was plently of room for relaxing and lounging and we all enjoyed it very much.

We also cooked 3 meals a day and brought up all of our food. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and it was really nice not to have to run to the store or do without.

The owner also text me to see how everything was going and if we needed anything, he was very friendly and I appreciated it very much.

I would highly suggest renting this cabin to any friend or family member.

this cabin is the best place that any of us had stayed in flagstaff over the 6 years that we have been coming up to flagstaff to train. it is the perfect mixture of being an isolated mountain escape with town a short drive away. the deck is incredible and perfect for grilling and enjoying a dinner on the patio. i would recommend it to anyone, but especially a group or family looking for the perfect spot to spend the weekend or extend your stay for 6 weeks like we did! not only is the house beautiful and have everything that you could ask for (great tv's, wifi, comfortable furniture/beds, a great kitchen, an amazing grill/deck) but it also has the great town of flagstaff a stone's throw away with all of the attractions that flag boasts. and if you're looking for a great hike or especially a run i can guarantee that there is no where better! steve has done an excellent job making this a true home away from home, i would highly recommend it!

This was a great find! The recent remodel makes this place beyond just a "cabin". Beautiful decor, comfortable feel and surroundings, and Steve (owner) was fantastic in making sure all was well and we had everything we needed! Did lots of cooking here with the well-supplied kitchen and large BBQ grill on the back deck. Highly recommend this place...thanks, Steve!
