DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They turned the apartment above us into an airbnb when it is not even allowed in my building, and they had over twenty people there for the whole weekend this past weekend completely disrupting my family's lives. The guests had absolutely no regard for anyone else in the building.They were partying doing all kinds of bad things all day, long disrupting all of the neighbors. We called chicago police 4 times. They have completely ruined our lives. Do not give this business your money. They're doing fraudulent airbnbs in buildings that do not even allow airbnbs. We have families in this building. Do not use this service. There are much better more reputable airbnbs in chicago. We have filed complaints with the city with the chicago police, and with my landlord and will be taking legal action. Now I must move with my family with young children completely not prepared to move but now I must because of this company putting any fraudulent airbnb above me.

DO NOT BOOK! Stayed here for a family trip. Night two the basement completely flooded with sewer water. Ruined our belongings and vacation. Management was not helpful in any single way and wouldn’t give a full refund. Do not stay here. It was an awful experience. ** Also note to the owners response, we DID NOT flush anything down the toilet. They also found my personal business and threatened to leave negative reviews (to a service they have not used) if we did not drop wanting a full refund back. And this all happened night 2, not night 3. Also according to other reviews on VRBO weeks before we arrived, flooding had happened in the basement and the owners did nothing about it also.

Absolutely THE WORST air b&b experience my family has ever encountered. Their Chicago south side property was dirty, dilapidated, moldy, and unlivable. We left within 2 hours and didn't really care about the $1600 they selfishly would not refund. Stay away.
